White Coat - H&M / Little Black Dress - THE ICONIC / White Shoes - ZARA / Sunglasses - DIOR

Photos by: Amazing - Tim Frawley

This has to be my all times favourite coat I've worn in quite some time. I love the deep neckline, the perfect length for my hight, the golden details and the over all fit. I get so many compliments for this coat, and people refuse to believe me when I tell them I bought it at H&M. I realise that over the past 3 weeks the clothes in my wardrobe seem to have shrunk as the weather gets warmer and more humid with every day. I probably won't be able to wear this coat many more days before summer really kicks in.

I can't even begin to tell you how hot it was over this long weekend in Sydney as well as in Port Stephen, which is where we escaped to for a few nights to recharge and reboot. For those humid summers days to come, I'm planning on wearing much less. It calls for minimal styling, with a feminine touch. It's time to rethink and expand the summer wardrobe.

Sweet dreams everyone | X Belle

Photography: Calvin Wang

So, Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival is over and can I just say, what a great event they organised this year. I attended Friday and Saturday evening and I saw 4 shows in total. I am completely blown away by the Red Carpet Runway Show, it was simply amazing all of it. Some of my favourites was definitely Steven Khalil, Galanni, Betty Tran, Gwendolynne, Carla Zampatti and Michaell Osordo. Thanks MBFF for having me and for organising such an amazing 3 days event.

The all white lace suit I wore on Friday evening, designed by my gorgeous friend Suzan Mutesi caught a lot of attention as well. I love this suit, it's so classic, elegant and stylish. What you think about my outfit from this years MBFF?

Isn't it amazing how well white, marina and gold work together? It's such a fresh look. This outfit makes me want to jump on a grand beautiful white boat, drink champagne and just relax in the beautiful spring sun.

Tonight i'm attending Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival with my amazing and talented friend Suzan Mutesi. I have to start preparing my make up soon and organise my outfit. I'm so excited to see which designers they have handpicked from April's Fashion Week to showcase at the Festival this year. Stay updated for more photos - Tonight I am wearing an amazing all white laze suit from my gorgeous Suzan herself.

There is a special feeling about spring. The bubbly exciting and happy feeling that is boiling up inside you, when you can feel that summer is just around the corner. Summer up with a relaxed sensuality with suggestions of white cotton, white lace, thin knitwear wear, cheesecloth and even nightwear. This is absolutely one of the hottest trends this spring/summer and to make your outfit look young and fresh, add just a tiny little hint of golden jewellery or accessories, but keep it simple - That is always the key!

Amazing Photography: Tim Frawley

These gorgeous photos is Taken by Tim Frawley, at Sydney University. What an absolutely beautiful place. It's almost like a little town in there. You find lots of different historical buildings, all with a different style and all beautiful in their own way. Look at this gorgeous location, so white, clean and dreamy.

I find my self wearing more and more white and pastels now days. This was definitely a winter trend this year but I am bringing it with me to spring. White and pastels can never go wrong. This spring season is all about colour (strong colour). Blue, green, red, and yellow. Flower prints in strong colours are very much in fashion this spring, but this outfit says more about spring than any bright colour I know.

This afternoon I am flying to Melbourne for Fashion Aid 2015. I am so excited to be participating in this amazing event. Fashion Aid 2015 - Le Cirque Nocturne For Leukaemia Foundation is the annual extravaganza that has become one of the most desirable events on the charity gala calendar. I am going with my amazing friend Suzan Mutesi. We are attending the Red carpet Event and I am showing off Suzan's amazing gowns and designs on the runway tomorrow evening. I am so exited and I can't wait, since this is my first time in Melbourne it makes it even more exciting. If any of my beautiful blog readers are in Melbourne and are attending Fashion Aid, give me a yell.

SCANDANAVIAN STYLE

FRAGRANCE EXPERIENCE

I have lately experienced and discovered the amazing BYREDO PARFUMS. They are so gorgeous and I just want all of them lined up on my dresser in my bedroom. From the stunning bottle to the deep and unique blends that's been created from raw ingredients only, the Swedish born brand Byredo is showing casing artfully fuses and magic of luxury fragrance with art, design and fashion. Mojave Ghost is one of my favourites so far. It is inspired by the beautiful Mojave Ghost Flower of the Mojave desert. I Love it and is next on my TO-BUY-LIST.

I matched it up with a suitable outfit. To me it feels sophisticated and simple. Leathers skirts really goes in season at the moment and is a must have item in every fashionistas wardrobe.

When you think of classic fashion, what comes first to your mind? Isn't it funny how we put different styles into folders and everyone sticks to it, well not everyone but you get what I mean. So what is the typical "classic fashion" outfit? The little black dress? A pencil skirt with a white shirt and pumps? Suit pants and a blouse? It is such a tricky question, because really, what defines classic? Well the word classic means "serving as a standard of excellence" right? So it's more about the recognition of value, or the fact that classic fashion is characterised by simple tailored lines year after year. Or we can say, in more simple words that it is "well established". We can notice that everything that we define as classic, are very simple and yet attractive. All well-done things such as art, architecture history and design have taught us that simplicity is the key. The saying "less is more" is telling us that you do not need to be explicit because being subtle is much more interesting and gets the right kind of attention.

This is for me one of many perfect examples of a classic style. It's low key, neutral colours, simple but with strong character. It still has that stylish feel. The minimalistic style of white and grey keeps is classic but the cut of the pants makes the look more feminine and so is also the case with the blouse. You can always combine other colours if those suit you better, and you can also add accessories of your liking, but always have in mind that it needs to be done in good taste. Now, what does good taste mean? It  is also subtle and has different meaning to each and one of us. I'll leave that for your own imagination to play around with. But basically, if something makes you visually tired, it's not in very good taste. Something too flashy or that makes you and others uncomfortable, is also not very elegant at all. Keep things moderate, and you will look absolutely stunning.

Jeans - SMFA  /  Top - zara  /  Heels - Portmans  /  Neckless - From Sweden

Photos by: Geoffrey Chuah

This outfit gives me the perfect opportunity to wear this gorgeous neckless that my two best friends from Sweden sent me for Christmas. I love this this neckless, it reminds me about everyone at home and makes me miss my two gorgeous best friends incredibly much. It's a typical Swedish/Scandinavian style and makes a perfect statement piece for the more simple outfit. On another topic, how beautiful is the lighting in these pictures? I love defused lighting and the backdrop of the roses is just stunning, such a romantic spot.
