VANILLA CAKE POPS:

3 eggs

3 dl sugar

75 gram butter

1 ½ dl milk

4 ½ dl flour

2 teaspoons of vanilla

1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

-Turn on the oven on 175 degrees.

-Melt the butter, with help of the microwave or the stove.

-Mix the melted butter with the milk.

-Crack the eggs in a bowl, and mix it with the sugar until it's fluffy.

-Add the vanilla and the butter milk mix with the sugar egg bowl. Mix together fast.

-Mix the flour and baking powder together in a separate bowl. Mix around with a fork so the baking powder is not all “bunshed up” together.

- Pour the flour mix together with the rest of the dough, mix it all together. Try to mix it as minimal as possible.

-Grease a form and pour some breadcrumbs in it (perferly a sockerkaksform, if you don’t own one you can use another one), so you find breadcrumbs on all sides and corners.

-Pour the mixed dough into the form

-Put the cake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

-Take it out and put a toothpick in the cake, if there is no dough on the toothpick its done.

CHOCOLATE CAKE POPS:

-Melt the butter, with help of the microwave or the stove.

-Pour the melted butter in the dough and mix until their is one nice dough.

-Pour the the dough in an baking form.

-Put the baking form with the dough inside of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS FOR BOTH:

Baking chocolate white, milk or dark 400g

Topping to the cake pops, like nuts, coconuts flakes, or sprinkles

STEPS FOR BOTH:

-Let both cakes cool down for about one-two hours, preferably outside if it's colder than your fridge.

-Take away the crust from the vanilla cake (sockerkaka), and put the “soft” parts of the cake in a bowl.

-Whip approximately 2 dl of whip cream, and then add it to the bowl of vanilla cake and mix it together to a dough. Be careful when adding the whipped cream and do NOT add everything at once.

-Add the whipped cream slowly until you have a dough so the texture is thick enough to make small balls of it.

-Put the chocolate cake in a bowl and smush it to a dough.

-Start to roll small balls out of the dough.

-When your done insert sticks into the balls, and then let them cool in a refrigerator for 1 hour.

-After 30 minutes you can start to melt the chocolate over a water bath.

-When the chocolate has melted you can take out a few cake pops and dip the in the melted chocolate

-Dip one at the time and apply toppings on them (if you want).

-When your done, put the finished cake pops in the refrigerator and let them cool for about 3 hours.
