We set our alarms on 04.15 am yesterday and we were ready to jump in the water at 05.30 am. I can assure you that 2°c water makes you wake up in the morning :). It is not very often Sweden has good surf conditions, so we were heading straight out to Torö in the afternoon aswell. It has been a while since I felt surfed out!! Slept like a knocked out pig lat night.
We were heading out to Torö today in hope of finding waves, and we did!
I was all by myself in the water for a few hours, the sun was out and the water was not ridiculously freezing cold for once.
Im liking this springy weather !!
Throwback to a few years ago when this was my backyard.
The more time goes by, the more sense it makes to live in places like this. Where a rainy day is rare, the water is warm and the waves are consistent. What more would you need?

A few print screens from the other day when we were filming at Torö in Stockholm.
Going out for another wave hunt now, hopefully we will find some waves today 🌊❄🤗

Surf, blue sky, sun and a golden rock..
This morning me and Pontus were all by ourself in the cold water outside Stockholm,
and the waves were suprisingly good!
Just a few weeks ago I was contacted by the German science magazine Welt der Wunder, because they had seen a few interviews with me and thought it was absolutely crazy to surf above the arctic circle.
I thought I was going to have a nice little morning read with my morning coffee, but I was quick to recognize my lack of german 😂
You can find the magazine in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Spain and the Canary Islands.... I do remember telling the guy who interviewed me some good Arctic stories so enjoy if you get your hands on this number !
