Today is my 3rd day without carbs. And I can say I'm feeling good!! I'm going to do it for 3 weeks because I want to get rid of my water in my body💦 I only want to lose water weight and to detox my body 🍃🌸 I know that it takes time but it's worth it!!! You always have to keep in mind that it's not neccessary if you are healthy!! Because you can't live forever like this way without carbs ... Otherwise it could have bad consequences. I also eat things which flush out the water and bad toxins, hearble tea is also great!!!

So today my breakfast was low-fat yoghurt with some raspberries, mango, cinnamoon, seeds and one teaspoon of honey 🍌🍇🍥🍯 Yoghurt is good for your digestion and gut flora but I prefer the lactose free version because I can't eat things with lactose...simple, good and quick
By the way I want to go back to spain, this sea is amazing!! Today I just had a 30 minutes run but for my nutrition at the moment it was totally enough and tomorrow I will focus on my workout.

It's so simple and good to start the day. Low-fat quark with a teaspoon of honey and after mixing you can use anything you want for the topping! I like to use a little bit of a banana, blackberries (I'm obsessed with this berries) and some good seeds like the chia ones, witch are high in protein and great for your fitness!! This is my second little blog after my first main blog, but here I want to focus on health and fitness!!!

​What could be better than water for your health. But sometimes it becomes boring to you, so doll it up with some mint and ice cubes for a simple example to you. You can also add fruits like some berries or whatever you want to put in. But be careful with fruits because they include fructose and it's a kind of sugar, which you should only eat limited. But another good thing to add is cucumber with mint or also anything vegetables you want to add. It's much more healthier that unhealthy beverages from the industry with a huge amount of sugar. So doll your water up like you want to drink it and enjoy it. Especially for hot summer days it's a great idea.

Colours in summer and a touch of festival is all I need. My favourite flip flops from Hilfiger, I'm soo obsessed with them. Tanned skin, a ripped jeans and a white top with beach waves in your hair and you're absoltely up to date. BBQ party or a beach day are made for this look. Nothing else to add. It's done! Abitur 2015 after 13 years of up's & down's in school. Life isn't always easy but in the end I can say that I'm really proud about myself. I will miss the good times, the funny situations & of course the people I like. But I hope that I will see some of them again through the new part of my life. While writing these, my thoughts are about favourite teachers, pupils and the last and amazing class trip (Calella, Spain). Now it's a new part and I can't realize that school it's over. Yesterday was a great day of happiness, wonderful girls in dresses and of course the boys in suits, which was the eye-cather. Boys should often waer suits!!

Lunch was at Block House with the family and I ordered the Fitness Pfanne, which was very delicious. I only didn't eat the soup and not all onions because I cannot handle soups or bloating stuff. It was beef meet stripes with pepper, mushrooms, onions, mangetout and steak pepper. All in all I don't eat often meat, because of my health, so I enjoy those days with good and fresh meat.

here is a new summer style I want to share with you all. I'm not a girl who loves pink but the ripped jeans is great for summer days, especially when you have a tanned skin. I'm so obsessed with the combination of white, bright pink and brown/grey espandrilles. I bought the top with the knot last year from Hollister.

Ripped Jeans are one of my favourite summer must haves, I got it to my 19th birthday and it was in sale, just 15 euros (H&M). My Toms are so comfortable, they were also a birthday gift. Toms



For an eye-catcher and details, I love to take flash tattoos on my skin, on tanned skin it looks soo good. I ordered mine from asos. More will come at the weekend and sorry for my dry skin, it was very hot here last week and I took every day a shower really bad for my skin.

Hey summer lovelies,

it's been a while ago that I posted something, so here is an up to date for you. On the 28th of june was my birthday and as you can see my favourite colour is orange. But it's just a little bunch what I got. All is from Douglas.

It was a great little surprise for me. I needed a new cosmetic bag and a lip balm because my lips are always getting really dry without it. As you can see it's kind of a beach style essentials and I'm so obssesed with it. I finished Pretty Little Liars this week and it's absolutely my favourite Tv serie. I also had to learn a lot in april and may because of my A level / American SAT exam and passed it good, so I'm very happy about it. On friday is my last school day after 13 years, my final exam, I'm going to get my certification and hopefully I will have a great day. So in the next days you will get a new post about some new make up stuff and beauty products that I'm using with pleasure because it makes me feeling much more better. By the way the weather here in Hamburg is so alternately. On Saturday we had 40 degrees, it was too hot for anything to do like tanning or doing sport and I chilled all day, watched PLL, sat next to my device for freshing air. The start of the week was very warm but not hot like the end of the week. Now it's much more better outside, cooler and rainy (crazy weather). I wish you all a nice week and do what you love for a good summer vibe.
