Tonight I was able to shoot something I have wonted to do for a long time now and that is the Milky Way. Really pleased with the lights and the finale look. More milky ways shoots in order

I have always like trees but have always found it hard to photograph them. I have so many photos of them that will never see the light of day.
Moving to Devon has help with this as there are so many more trees on my door step I find myself tacking more and more and being more happy with the results. A trip today to a wood in Cornwall left me with images I am happy to share with you all.

It is now coming to two years since I have moved to Devon. It has been an amazing move and I am finding the landscape more inspirational then a lot of my time in Cornwall mostly because it's new I'm shore. With that here is a two photos of places less then 30min from my front door.

Reef were playing at the Lemon Grove on Thursday and I was lucky enough to get a photo pass. The Heistercamps who make the leather straps for guitars asked me to go with them to take photos of Reef as they use there straps. Not only did I get some photos I am more then happy with but I  was able to meet a band I have so many happy memories listening to. They were really nice guys and very welcoming. I could not have had a better evening.

After moving to Devon I wanted to explore my new surroundings. Homing in on the village of Petrockstow I wanted to photograph people doing crafts by hand something I have always admired. This is when I was introduced to the Heistercamps who are making leather projects by hand. In the hope to make a book out this there will be many more photos to follow.

The Sherlocks Gig from a couple of weeks ago. Ask by Heistercamps who made there straps by hand to take the photos. Was interesting taking photos of a gig and make the straps the mane focus, not the band. Really enjoyed it thought and look forword to more
