I am so sorry for my inactivity here on this blog. Who knew how hectic -in a good way- an exchange year could be? Anyway, here's my way of apologizing, by showing you a picture of my cute "host dog" Violet <3

Today is the day I'll be sharing some really exciting news with you. Not long ago, maybe a month or so, I got a message from EF. It said I had to call the EF office for information about my host family. Unfortunatly, I got the message on Saturday and the office was closed for the week-end, but I managed to wait until Monday. When I called, an EF employed could tell me that I've gotten a host family in Tennessee! I'll be living with my host dad, host mom and two host sisters. I have three host sisters, but the oldest one has moved out. The family has three horses, two dogs and a cat. I am so excited to meet them, and I still can't believe that in 19 days, I'll be in Nashville airport looking for them in the crowd. As I said in one of my earlier posts, I will be leaving Norway the 19th of July (16 days left!! <3) so if you would like to see what I am packing in my suitcase, you should visit my blog later on this month.

Also, I'm concidering whether I should start making vlogs on youtube, so if you have any thoughts about that, please comment below! And if you're going on an exchange, tell me in the comment section where you'll be staying! Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

Hey, so this is my very first blog-post. In this blog, I will be posting my experiences in the USA as an exchange student through EF's program. I am taking my senior year in high school abroad, so if you have any questions about studying abroad, make sure to ask me or check out EF's (Education First) homepage for more information.

I am really excited, and can't wait for my exchange year to begin. I have not receved any information about where in the USA I am going, or the family I will be living to, but I will document it on this blog as soon as I know.

For your information, I am an EF ambassador so, as I said, make sure to send me a message if you have any questions. And also if you have any questions in general about having an exchange year abroad, send me a message.
