Morning Agenda Before School
- Wake up at 04:30
- Run 2-5km
- Get home by 6:30
- Get ready for school at 08:00
In the morning I go running so early before the sun rays start beating down, This also means that I am still in a sleep haze so I don't think about it too much, I also go early enough so I can get home and shower and still have time to get situated for school.
Afternoon Agenda After School
- Get home at 16:30
- Complete homework/chores
- Run 2-5km at dusk
- Be in bed by 21:30
At night I go running because the sun has gone away and the air has chilled again, during this time I just want to get home so I select the longest route and go as fast as I can so I can get home in time for a shower. Once I get home I usually drink a glass of Herbal Tea.
This is just how I start and finish my day. It is worth it, trust me.
Hej, It's Mädelynne again, and todays theme will be fitness/workouts. Fitness is an important part of my life, and it really helps me get my mind off things. Starting 1st October I will begin a fitness transformation in building muscle (but not too much haha). I will be blogging about the changes I see, and I will start out by telling you my daily fitness. This chapter will be strictly fitness, I will create another chapter completely dedicated to diet and daily habits. I hope you all enjoy reading about my progress in the future. You can even join me! Hallå, like you may have seen, I have only been posting introductions to the topics I am going to be blogging about. Today I am going to be introducing my friends. All of my friends are the sweetest angels on the planet and i love them so much, I definitely would not be sane without them 😂
I am so lucky to have the friends that I have, they are truly a blessing, they support me in whatever I do and that is the best feeling anyone could ever give you and i truly love every single one of my mates, new and old! ❤
Hej, it's Mädelynne again, and I am now introducing you to the chapter in my life that revolves around my prior, during, and post exchange months. I have put so much work into this project of mine, and in the end, my goal is to spend six months successfully in the United Kingdom, but like i said, it is still a work in progress. I still have so much work, so much dreadful, tedious work. 😂 But this is something I have wanted for so long!
