Ah it's Thursday and this mama bear is so super tired! The lack of sleep is really starting to get to me now and I'm just in the need for a change' Avian isn't really annoying at night and crying he is more to excited to sleep and wakes up to play and stand up! And I'm am such a light sleeper every little noise wakes me up and then I just lie there waiting for him to actually wake up.
We started Sleep training him so he can fall asleep by himself because rocking a 10,5 kilos baby to sleep is neerly impossible ! Did any of you try the "cry it out" method?
Anyways a little 7 month update - he sits up 😍 and has no problem doing from lying down to sitting up by himself. He can almost crawl on an four now and he drags himself across the floor with zero problem. Always trying to reach everything dangerous haha. And this week he started dragging himself up to standing in his crib and the sofa. I am honestly so scared he's gonna fall and hit his head because this boy has no fear at all. But I guess that's part of the learning process right?
finally my first VLOG is up and I am so excited that I even posted on a saturday night when nobody is online probably. But I am proud that I took the time to do it and I am really loving it but oh my it's a hard job to plan filming and editing but I know this is gonna be a hit so it's worth it ( spreading positive vibes) hope you like and please tell me what you think.
peace and love.
Hello lovely people.
Just came home from an event at haymarket hotel in Stockholm. It was an event for Anastasia Beverly Hills Nordic. I got to try out their contouring sticks that finally launched in Sweden today and a lot of other goodies. So much fun and as always love talking to new People and also see some of my friends like baby girl Chanelle 🖤

We all have that feeling sometimes, of now being enough for our children. I really need to stop putting myself down for not being perfect, for not giving Avian attention 24/7. I'm a new mom so I am pretty sure with time I'll go easier on me. But when I need a break I put Avian on the flor with toys ( which he is not interested of) and the tv on with some singing kids shows. And he loves it! Lately I've been turning of the sound of the tv and putting on classical music cause both me and him get calmer from it.
Then some people are on your case telling you no tv for kids under 2. What's your thoughts on this? I think all children are different. I have a 9,6 kilo little boy that is very hyperactive and gets restless really quick. At the moment carrying him around is literally killing my back so to save myself I do the unthinkable ! Having him I from of the tv 🙈 I think he only benefits from this, moving picture, sounds to it and he's on the floor practicing getting up on his knees and holding his head up.
Who can relate?

This weeks is pressweek in Stockholm and me and Avian are taking the town 😭☺ he's been doing so good and I love bringing him. Even tho it gets heavy after a while since he only wants to be carried and be in grown up height.

Avian is 6 months today and I can't believe it's been that long since I pushed him out 😭 I love him so much. I just came home (00:30) from a dinner and he's sleeping on his knees 😭. A part of me wants him to wake up cause I missed him during the 4 hours I was away, but I also want him to sleep all night cause momma is exhausted.
I haven't slept thru a hole night in 1 year, it's so worth it but still take a toll on you. Lack of sleep makes you crazy, and I'm a very positive person so I just keep going but I feel it's starting to get to me about now. He still hakes up 1 or 2 times a night but only wants to eat 1 time so I brestfeed him.
I have brestfeed him fulltime until he was around 5,5 months and he started getting grumpy so we realized that He is growing so fast and my breastmilk wasn't enough so I tried giving him formula (milk-free) twice a day and he got so much more energy.
It kind of makes me sad cause I love breasfeeding him, and I was hoping to do it full until he was 7-8 months old and then continue part time. But I am so lucky that I was able so do it at least 6 months and now I can do it part-time as we start introducing food. But he is a a real eater this boy.
Avian is 9 kg, probably more ( I am weighing him tomorrow ) so he is a big boy so it's also very hard to carry him around. He is starting to crawl soon I think and I am so rediculously proud of every single small thing and progress. A week a go he couldn't get up on his knees and now that's all he does so I am very excited to see this progress. He can sit on his own but now get himself from laying down up to sitting position. I I think he might be to heavy to sit do it haha. anyone else that has a big boy/girl at home?
But he is honestly happy all the time unless (hungry or over-tired) He is so aware of every sound and he has been since very early. He can turn to stomach-back and back-stomach and he started doing that at 5 weeks and then getting really good around 3-4 months. If we hold his hands when he is standing on the floor and dåddy is standing in front of him he starts lifting his legs and walking towards dad. HE LOVES STANDING UP ! he freaks out and just screams it's just so much fun to watch.
I wish everyone to feel this way in their life (that wants to) motherhood is the best thing that happened to me and I can't wait to do it again. A lot of you have been asking and I am so excited for a brother or sister to Avian as soon as possible.
