While Phil was at work I went to the beach and in the city. I got so so so lost. Had to take a random bus My biggest regrets while I was in Hawaii was that I didn't just rent a car and that I never went island hopping. Next time... Don't get me wrong Honolulu is amazing but it is more like an big city and so many tourists.. It is still stunning and I had the best time with Phil and stuff but I should really have rented a car!

Phil took me to his old work and we ate until I saw stars. I legit think I gained a few kg during this trip haha. Can't remember the name of the restaurant but it is in the center near waikiki. Has an amazing bar with more flavors of beer than I’ve ever seen before. And the dessert! you got a whole mudcake with melted marshmallows on top! OMG!

Me and Phil climbed up diamond head. Climbed up on a rooftop that was forbidden and almost got blown off.

Phil took me, his dad (that was visiting), and some friends went to Uncle Boo's. In Hawaii you call all people that are older than you 'uncle' or 'aunty' so that´s why the restaurant is called that. The food was amazing!! It was a little pricey but hey I'm only in Hawaii for one week.

To celebrate thanksgiving only once is apparently not enough so the day after we celebrated it again. More food than I could eat and more new friends. A lot of turkey and pumpkin pie (not at all like I expected so was pretty surprised).

After preparing food we went to crystal's house, a friend to Phil. We were a lot of people there and soo much food. I didn’t just go to Hawaii for a tourist experience, I came here to spend it with old friends. Proper Hawaiians, with an Hawaiian thanksgiving. With many new friends and some sunshine. I am really happy I got to see an American thanksgiving, so thank you all so much for letting me come. Also I was so full when I went home that I could barely walk….

Hands down the fattest cat I have ever seen...

The people living next to us is old proper hawaiian people. Super friendly and we got invited to see how they made their thanksgiving food. They digged a hole in the ground, filled it with fire, add several large animal, cover it with wet leaves, and cook. I don’t understand how that work in theory? Doesn't fire need air? Well it was really cool to see at least. It’s called the Hawaiian Luau or Kalua Pig.
