It was supposed to be an party island but yeah... It wasn't. So dead on this little island... The water was too choppy so the snorkeling tour was cancelled which didn't help the “omg the island is so dead”- feeling. Instead they had an fijian cooking class. HAHAHHAAH. They literally had 5 things already chopped up in different bowls and then they mixed it together. Done. Lasted for about 2,5 minutes.

A boat ride that usually takes 30 minutes (with the big boat) took 2.5 h in a little boat in big waves. Scared for your life and so seasick we tried to make the best of the situation. So we played my music. I was the only one having a playlist on my phone. After 2 weeks in fiji i hated that music so much hahha.

Went into the center of the city and was blown away how poor it was. The vibe of the city was really poor and sad" Even tho we got invited in to drink kava. Kava is It´s a root you dry and then make into a powder. Then you mix that with water and that makes Dirty looking water that taste like absolute shit. It is so horrible and you don't wanna be rude so you drink it....

Well me and J do what we do best. So we ended up in a shitty little nightclub that have ladies night (free drinks for girls) and i just got 1 drink and gave it to james and then i went up to another bartender and got another. A lot of weirdos there to say the least.

After waiting a very long time for our shuttle bus we were at our hostel. This is right outside the hostel, STUNNING AND WARM WIIIOO

After this vacation me and J are soo good and sharing a hammock! The technique is to sit down at the same time.

The best part about living with englishmen is that they love their fry ups and I love breakfast. Win win

After breakfast we went into Cairns city and checked into a new hostel. It was the cheapest available and I understand why. It was one of those places that your mom says that you shouldn't stay at. Lovely. Well everything went well in the end.

Later at night I said goodbye to Matt that was heading off to England. He have himself to blame when he fell for a traveler. After saying goodbye we met up with char and got very very drunk. I slept for 1.5 hours before we went to the airport... Still drunk James have to help me through the airport. Moral of the story: Don't get drunk if you don't have a tall man that can carry you or your bag. or both depending on how wild the night was.

At night we cooked food and watched movies. A nice ending to the visit at Triginity beach and Jem. When I lived in Asylum (my hostel in Sydney) I had the best time of my life, I never felt more home and I would do anything to have it back but just hanging out with everyone was just a nice little taste of the good old days. I mean I love my life right now: travelling the world and everything but i just miss my second family.
