Where did you find Jack?
We used a UK website called Pets 4 Homes, all breeders are Kennel Club Registered. We spent quite a while (months) keeping an eye on this website, of course there were so many frenchies we wanted to go see and we did arrange a couple of times to visit breeders at weekends. With them being so popular at the time, the weekend would come and the puppies would have already been sold. We found one breeder based in Bradford who had a litter of 7 boys, we arranged to drive there at the weekend. Once we got there the breeder already had two other people travel from different parts of country who had already chosen their new puppy, these two puppies were wearing colourful collars their new owners had picked! Within about 1 hour we had chosen a blue collar and placed it on JACK! It was so hard choosing from 5 puppies but 2 stood out being so friendly and interested in us. Jack was trying to climb up the inside of my sleeve, chewing my hair and then he nodded off very quick on my knee!
Who is Jacks breeder?
Breeder Details: Breeder Of Kentixen Truth Hurts (AT2)
Miss J Waterhouse
What diet do you give Jack?
Raw meat! 2 portions a day! We buy Natures Menu from Pets at Home about once a week.
Do you edit Jack's eyes?
This one makes me laugh! No, I don't touch Jacks eyes, I use filters but this doesn't make much difference to his eyes. He has very bright brown eyes especially when the sun is shining, otherwise they can appear quite dark almost black. I think people mean the whites under his eyes? If I edit this? When he's quite relaxed and cant be bothered lifting his head, he'll just lift his eyes which shows the whites underneath his eyes but no, the whites of his eyes are not edited.
Is Jack crate trained?
Yes, he has never known anything else! The breeder had all the litter in one crate and his first night with us we left him in his crate in the hallway (as much as I wanted him cuddled on my bed) He doesn't seem to mind, sometimes when we are in the house and we might be busy doing other things he'll just take himself to his crate and rest in there! It's his little den and safe place! We also cover his crate all the way round with 2 blankets, so its only the door of the crate uncovered. I think he feels safe when its covered, he must like his privacy!
