I will write this in English because I want to reach out to as many as possible when it's coming to this case.
I am so proud that we, in Detur are trying our best to help the street animals. I have allways been loving animals since I was a small girl.
I have home in norway a 5 years old golden retriever girl named Alva. She is my biggest love and I could never ever put her away. My family is taking care of her while Im here.
I have been working in Turkey now for 4 years. And also here in Turkey the animals are born at Street and living at the street. Thank god that here is people that is giving their lives for them. Taking them home and give them love, food, dry bed, kisses and much much more.
Today I went together with my colleuges and some of our guest who wanted to see the shelter that we are visiting.
The shelter is near to one small place named Demirtaş.
We are also stopping in a veteriner so we/they have a chance to buy some food, medicine to clean their ears, eyes and wounds.
Normally we didnt get allowed to take pictures because their visit times was between 10:00-11:00.
Thats for everyone monday to friday.
But somehow I did it and I wanna show some of them.
Here we are with the veteriner. One of our guest got visit on his lap. Well, he didnt had any other choice to hug that cat!🐺
Also I got a high five! 🐶✋
Here is inside the shelter. So many cuties there!
One of them there is 11 years old. They just found him on the street and soon its going to German.
How beautiful isnt that that its getting a chance to have his last years in peace and quiet. With new family and much love. And who knows, mayby it will live for many many more years.
I wish I could be there all day. But they just eated and they where going out with them and also we needed to go.
I will go back some day. Also I have so many others friends in Alanya and Antalya area that needs help.
The people who do everything for theese animals are heroes in my eyes.
I will write down some links you can visit so you can please help. If you help us, you are helping them.
Here is some small gifts I buy today. Its to the puppies who is getting teeths now so Im sure them will be very happy for that.
