Okay, so some of you may wonder why I chose to do exactly these foods. This is some of the "Why" things.

  1. My breakfast has chia seeds in it because of this. Two teaspoons of chia seeds contain more omega-3 than a normal salmon fillet. Chia seeds also contain a lot of magnesium, minerals, zinc and potassium. Five times more protein than spinach. The fibers of the chia seeds swell when they come into contact with water, which prevents constipation and so on.
  2. My things are veggie because that is sustainable and healthy cause less animals kills and some meat can actually increase the chance of getting stomach cancer witch is horrible.
  3. Some beans, like the beans in the lunch, has all the proteins and so on that the meat has and when you do not eat meat you really need to eat beans!
  4. My food contains​

PS. I know that my lunch contains salmon but I do not think that that is real meat, that is fish+ it is some vegetarians that actually​ eat fish and think that that is veggie!

DESSERT

A juicy​ frozen yogurt cake with a touch of locally grown raspberry sauce​

Ingredients:

  • 4 dl finished granola
  • 1 dl coconut oil
  • 750ml vaniljyoghurt
  • 2,5 dl raspbarry
  • 2 msk water
  • 1 krm vanilla powder
Do this:
  1. Start by cover a form with baking paper.
  2. Mix the granolan easily in a food processor.
  3. Mix in the coconut oil in the granola and then put.
  4. Put it in an even layer in the shape that you have prepared.
  5. Heal the yogurt on the granola.
  6. Put it in the fridge for a few hours (4-6 hours).
  7. Mix the raspberry, vanilla powder and the water into a smooth sauce. You can mix it with a rod mixer.
  8. Once the cake has been in the freezer for a while, take it out and pour the raspberry sauce over it.

I think that this is a good dessert because it is simple to do if you have some time over during the day!

I like the ingredients because It is raspberry which I think taste like summer and I love the taste of summer!

DINNER for 4

Tortellini salad with tomatoes, vegetarian feta cheese, pesto and much of other amazing vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of tortellini (Fill with what you want, I would recommended tomato and basilico)
  • Salad like babyspinach
  • 300 g olives
  • Feta cheese (As much as you want)
  • 10 Small tomatoes
  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 3 msk green pesto
Do this:
  1. Boil tortellinin as instructed on the package.
  2. Boil the asparagus 2-4 minutes depending on the thickness.
  3. Slice mozzarella and the small tomatoes in to small pieces.
  4. Empty the water from the pasta and mix it all in a big bowl!

This is a really good dinner because I think it is easy to do and in the evening you maybe will be to tired to start with something "bigger" and more fancy + that it is veggie, of course... ;)

I like the ingredients because it is much colours and different flavors​ like Sour, sweet, salt, and so on

LUNCH

Poke bowl with a lot of vegetables and goodies.

Ingredients:

  • 6 dl boiled rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g cauliflower, purple, white or green
  • 100 g of suction
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 2 dl cold green beens
  • 150 g of salad, whatever you want
  • 150 g of natural tofu
  • 3/4 dl teriyaki sauce, available in Asian food stores or on the Asian shelf in regular grocery stores
  • 1/4 dl tamarisoja, is included in the health costs of regular food stores
  • 1 teaspoon mixed sesame seeds
  • 1/4 of a cucumber.
Do this:
  1. Put the rice in bowls, cold or hot.
  2. Scale and cut avocados in thin slices.
  3. Boil lightly salted water, place the sugersnaps in the water for about 2 minutes. Pour off the water and shred the sugarsnaps.
  4. Scale and strip the red onion. Add algal salad and the other ingredients.
  5. Cut the cucumber into 2 small strips.
  6. Cut the tofun in cubes. Mix the teriyaki sauce and tamarisoja and add to the sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over tofun.
  7. Add all ingredients to "different places" in the bowl.

I think that this is a very good lunch because it is very much vegetables, witch is sustainable, with much of proteins and those things in it and it is funny to eat to cause it is much of colours and different consistencies!. :)

I chose this ingredients because I think that it taste really good together cause I think that this school project Is mostly about

A Chia Seed Pudding with berries and fruits (For 2 persons)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of seeds (chia seeds)
  • 2 dl of oatmeal (or almond or hazelnut drink)
  • Berries e.g. raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, mango, pinneapple etc.

Do this:

  1. Mix chia seeds with oatmeal, almond or hazelnut drink.
  2. Mix it after a quarter. Let it to stand in the fridge overnight.
  3. Next day you will take it out of the fridge and put your berries/fruit on it and then you are done and ready to eat it! ;)

Banana pancakes with manuka honey and optional berries" (For 1 person)

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spice of organic vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
Do this:
  1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Knock down the eggs.
  3. Sprinkle the vanilla powder and whisk together into a sticky pulp.
  4. Click the paste out in small or larger pancakes in a frying pan. Use the butter for the frying.
  5. Bake the banana pancakes on both sides at low heat.

Eat it with the manuka honey and smsoe berries if you want to!

Avocado toast with tomato

Ingredients:

  • An optional bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Oil for frying
Do this:
  1. Take your avocado and cut i open.
  2. Take your bred and bur the avocado prices on it.
  3. Mash the avocado in the bred .
  4. Cut your tomato in to pieces and put it on your toast.
  5. But another peace of bread on that one that you just putted your ingredients on (same type of bred).
  6. Put some oil on your waffle iron / toast iron when it is warm enough.
  7. Put your toast into your waffle iron / toast iron and let it be there until you can see that in starts to get some browned colur.
  8. Take your toast out and then you are DONE!

Strawberry , banana and pineapple smoothie with müsli at the top

Ingredients.
  • 100 grams of frozen strawberries
  • 50 grams of frozen mango
  • 1 ½ dl oatmeal drink
  • ½ dl vegitarian whipped cream
  • ½ tablespoon sweet straw
  • 1 krm vanilla powder
  • Optional müsli for topping
Do this:
  1. Just mix all of the ingredients together and put the müsli on the top of it then and you are DONE!

I THINK that all my breakfasts was healthy, sustainable and so on because I do not use any ingredients that comes from animals and also because I have used things that have much of proteins, fats, carbs, vitamins etc. that is very good to get in your body in the morning. The breakfast is after all the most important meal of the day! XD
