Have you ever heard about Slutty Brownies? If not, it´s the best Brownie in the world. It`s basically a base of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, with a layer of Oreos and then delicious Brownie batter at the top. These are sooo easy to make and they are cruelty free (vegan). 

  Ingredients                                                                               
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Base:
  • 2 1/2 cups (5,6 dl) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 sticks (230 grams) unsalted margarine, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (1,7 dl) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light molasses
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (3,4 dl) vegan chocolate chips or chopped vegan chocolate

  • Chocolate Brownie:
  • 1 cup (2,25 dl) all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups (2,8 dl) granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cacoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup (1,7 dl) water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  Instructions                                                                                
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking tin with nonstick baking paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, start preparing the Chocolate Chip Cookie base. Place the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt in the bowl and whisk it together. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, place the Margarine and Suger and mix until light and fluffy. Add the Molasses and Vanilla Extract and mix until combined. Then add the Flour mixture and mix until just combined (do not overmix). At last add the vegan Chocolate Chips.
  4. Place the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in the tin and spread it onto the base of the lined tin.
  5. Layer your Oreo Cookies evenly on the surface of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
  6. Now it´s time for the Brownie batter. In a bowl combine Flour, Sugar, Cacoa Powder and Salt. Whisk to combine the dry ingredients and get rid of lumps.
  7. Add Oil, Margarine (melted), Water and Vanilla Extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. spread the Brownie batter over layer of the Oreos.
  8. Place the tin in the oven and bake for about 30 min. Remember to check if done before removing it from the oven. the Brownie batter should be a bit sticky when it´s done.
  9. Remove from oven and let it cool before taking it out of the tin. Once cool, slice and enjoy!
