These annoying things all over the butt and legs?! How do I get rid of them?

You can't get rid of cellulites, but you can reduce them untill they are almost invisible. It's not that hard but you need to do some work. You need to go run! That makes your bloodflow start going faster and that means it will stimulate the cellulites and make them flat out. Cellulites are actually uneven fat under your skin.

Dry-brushing also makes the cellulites go down, it increases the bloodflow in your body like it does on horses when you brush them. You can dry-brush your body with whatever brush you'd like as long it has the same kind of hair like the brush in the pictures! Take your brush, start with your legs and go towards your heart with circular motions.

Do these two tips for a couple of weeks and you'r soon gonna see some results!

Hi everyone! Sorry for my bad update yesterday, I was on the move all day.

So today I'm going to do a bit longer post than usual about water and why it's so imoprtant for you and your training. First of all, you can't live without water, water makes you stay hydrated. When you do stuff like workingout, peeing ect, your body is losing water, it actually does that all the time when you sweat. That means you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Make yourself a list to remember how many glasses you had.

Drinking water also makes your skin more clear, if you are having trouble with acne, thats a good method to try out.

Dry hair can be a sign of dehydration, if you drink more water, you'll see the difference tomorrow. P.s - Do NOT drink sparkling water, that makes your stomach expand and that can lead to eating more and not feeling full. If your body takes in more than it can get rid of, you will gain weight.

Drinking a glass of water before you eat will fill up your stomach. That's going to make you feel more full and you will eat less ( tip for those who try to lose weight )

So guys. that's all I have for you today, remember that you still can eat much if it's low in calories, eat to you feel full but stop there. Do not ever starve yourself, it's better to lose weight in a good natural way.

Healthy food can also be very tasty - like sweets. It's mutch better to grab something like an apple insted of candy. The apple will feel more fresh and your body will thank you.
