Therese, Rebecca and Emma arrived late Thursday night and stayed till Sunday morning. So we made London in two days haha. We've been doing all the sightseeing, Portobello rd market and been eating lots of good food. It was so amazing to have them here

In a desperate try to get better, nicer and stronger hair again, and to make it GROW, I bought a month worth of "Sugar bear hair" to see if it could make and difference. Lol, I'm not sure it works at all but I thought it was worth a try. You probably need to eat them more than a month to actually see any difference but they're pretty expensive, especially here in London for some reason?!
I've also started to wash my hair only with conditioner and no shampoo since I've heard that can make a huge impact on your hair and gonna get some good hair masks as well. I just use heat (my straightener) once a week which is so hard, and I wash my hair once a week which I'm used to. I really hope to see a difference within a couple of months cause I actually hate my hair at the moment. I want to stay blonde cause I think it looks more natural on me but sometimes I regret cutting off and colouring my long, thick brown hair cause it has damaged my hair SO much. Anyway, will do everything I can to make it grow fast now
Wow, it's been such a nice warm day here today. 17 degrees!!! Teila had work in the morning and I took a PW to Borough Market and back around Tower Bridge.
Stopped on the way to do some leg exercises. Love to work out outdoors when I can
I made this lentil and sweet potato stew for dinner tonight served with salad, quinoa and hummus. SO good! Watching Melodifestivalen on SVT play and Teila and Pele are coming home soon :-)
I don't know who I think should win though. I actually voted for Loreen and think it's an absolute disgrace that she's not even in the final. But I really like Nano!
Yesterday was the nicest day here. Sun was out and it was about 16 degrees. I started the day with a PW around Tower of London and started work at 12. We spent a lot of time outdoors and went to the Wetlands in Barnes.
We ended the day with a workout and dinner in front of Orange is the new black.
For a while now we've been able to see different kinds of flowers pop up here in London and the trees are starting to bloom too. It feels ah-mazing!!! It's so much warmer when the sun is out but it can still be freezing when the clouds take over and the wind is still cold. However you can definitely feel that spring is coming :-)
Besides the weather, life in London is really good at the moment. Teila and I have the flat to ourselves until April when we're moving to Tottenham.
Other than that we're working Mon-Fri and the weeks goes so fast it's almost scary. Really trying to make the most of every day, especially weekends here.
Vegan Hippo is a 100% vegan place in Soho where they serve everything from breakfast to burgers and kale chips, coffee and take away sandwiches and croissants. I've been there a few times now and everything I've had has been really good but the times we've been ordering and sitting down it's been taking soo long to get the food, even when it hasn't been too busy.
When you order though you get to pick a little animal instead of a table nr. So cute, and of course I took a bunny :-)
Take away vegan ham and cheese + vegetables sandwich.
Been working extra nannying in Barnes (such a nice area, lots of Swedes haha) for a couple of days, it's only temporary though and I'm gonna start to properly look for jobs this week. Studying my distance courses at the same time but Im sure it'll be all good.
Yesterday we went through the markets a bit and ended up treating ourselves with a burger + nachos and guac. Burgers made of black beans, quinoa and some other stuff, so gonna try make them myself.
As much as I love winter I'm getting a bit tired looking exactly the same all the time 😂 Can't wait to wear a denim jacket, white shoes and skirts!!
I seriously love this beautiful city. And the sun has been shining every day lately which makes me so happyyyy!
Today we walked down to the markets in Brick lane/Shoreditch which was really nice. Not as cold as yesterday and the sun was shining again. Yay. Really packed though but that's just London I guess, especially in the weekends. I do love markets, to check all the stands with art and all the different food they sell everywhere. We tried Ethiopian (vegan) food today in the market hall and it was so good. I hope you've all had a fab weekend!
Yesterday we went to Camden today. It was really sunny but FREEZING. Had lunch at our favourite falafel stand and checked out the market place. When we got home we were deciding if to stay in or go out, and we ended up with take out and snacks in the couch cause we thought it was too cold to go out :-) The sun is shining today as well and we're about to go out and make something of this day too
