Today was the end of my second dietbet. It was for 30 dollar and is verified. Yay me! Im this terrible person that wish that many of the other onea lose so I get a lot of money.

I was 76.6 kg and Feb goal is 75.8. I really think I can do it. One cheatmeal next week. And then back to strict ketos food for three weeks.

Today I will start throwing away stuff for moving to UK. And this evening it is time for UEFA football.

I had this conversations yesterday with my PT. He asked about my goals and I told him I would like to get down to 60 kg. And he was straight away "No, that's to much. You will get to thin". No I will not. I have been there before and I Know a lot of people in my height that have the same and even lower weight. Im overweight ffs. It's not like Im going to vanish.

I really hate when people try to destroy motivated people but talking down to them. Just because they can't do it does not mean we cant? Am I right?

The best i to use Pork Shoulder and rubbed it in try spices. Put some water in the bottom of the casserole and into the owen.

Start on a higher temp and the lower it to 150 C for 3-4 hours.

I was a winner! Amazing right!

I was on 76,9 kg and made it! Next is tomorrow at 8 Am and As long as I keep under 77 I will be fine. I have not made up my mind about if I should get into a new on for February. I kind of need the money too as Im going to move.

I live in Europe atm and are going to move to UK in a few weeks. Mid March is the flight leaving for UK. It will be expensive.

76,6 kg was my weight today. It goes slow but as long as it goes down.

I have not eaten yet and will have weighin for first dietbet in a couple of hours. I will fast until then and after weightin I will eat some fish and chips.

Then its fulls speed until 2 feb when last weighin are. One cheet meal and then full speed until 19 feb when a friend arrives. I will still try to keep the weight during the vacation and I still need to get into my goalweight.

I know I have not updated. Tomorrow is first Dietbet goal. I was 77.2 this morning so I hope I pass it tomorrow.

I was at the gym today for the first time in forever. Did back, abs, arms and shoulders. Tomorrow Im doing legs, abs and back.

Today was a happy day! My good.

77.3 kg.

I really like that. 3 days and 0,3kg until first goal. Then I need to keep the weight until 2 Feb. :D So About a week more. Then I will have one treat ketostyle and then back on it again with 75 as next dietbet goal in end February.

Do you know any good keto treats?

I love brie and serrano ham rolls. Or some whipped cream and berries? Maybe both! haha :D

Have only eaten my mackerel and a fat chocolate today. Way to little fat.

Im a bit closer to my goal. 78.0 kg this morning. 1 kg left and 5 days until Dietbet finish. I really hope my fat just melts away this last days.

I have not made up my mind about if I'm going to start a new dietbet next month or skip it. I will have company next month so It will be hard to lose during that time. I will have to think about that some extra.

Does anyone know any good app or webpage for counting calories?
Im not happy with anyone I tried.
