I hate sleep paralysis. I mean, I'm used to it now and I know what to do everytime it happens, but sometimes I just can't help feeling scared or panicked.
I just took a nap and it happened and I was alone in my room. It's annoying, I was so sleepy. Now I can't go back to sleep because I'm scared.
Maybe it's just because I'm tired. I don't get much rest these days.
