If you are in Sydney, you need to go to the Opera.. so we did :)
We took a drink before the show starts, but outside it was a bit windy :)
We heard a show of the greatest opera hits.. but the only one I really recognised were Figaro and the song of the darbo advertisement 😂
the show was great and the moderator funny.. most of all, the building was impressive and it was cool to be inside :)
also we met Simon Kim, the star tenor of our show :)

At Bondi beach you can feel the beach vibes, girls in bikinis and sports wear, super cool guys with their surfboards.
also a big skate contest was on, directly at the beach :)

the Sydney harbour bridge is pretty big.. 6 lanes to every side, a walkway and a own lane for bikes... we headed spend the 300 AUD the harbour bridge climb would cost on food.. but we climbed the pylon lookout.. easier and still really impressive!!

Luna park with nostalgic rides and shows invites you with a new face lift.. they wanted to make it friendlier, less creepy.. well, not really!

In the bonatic garden a tomato festival was going on.. bit crazy but funny :)
flowers and trees where really nice, but it was way to hot 😥😥

Paddington market in the suburb is just on Saturdays and one of the most famous ones.. really nice to wander around. After a great backed potato we made our way back to the city..

To go up the Sydney tower you can buy a ticket for the walkway or habe a drink at the bar 360 dining, what is turning around, really slowly!
So we spent 1.5 hours up there, while having coffee and desert (fancy lemon cake) and a cocktail because we didn't used up the 40$ minimum spend 😅

rainbow over the Sydney Opera 🌈 😊

Walking tour in the rocks, the oldest part of Sydney. First all the convict where located here, then it was place of the working class and now they try to make everything nice and renovate the buildings.
We heard a lot about the history of the city and the development of the area.
We saw the 3 bars that are fighting for the name of the oldest bar in Sydney and no one is sure which one it really is.
It's a tradition to but a footprint on the wall, every month they wash it away...

After 5 month I finally eat some kangaroo.. and the steak was great!! The little cafe in the rocks, recommended from our guide, is hidden but famous for the traditional kangaroo :)

On top of the bank of Australia you see a emu and a kangaroo, because both animals are not going backwards so they hope that the country is not going backwards :)

Here you are two monuments for the first shipping in Sydney.
