Hello again, I'm switching back to english - no particular reason I just vibe better with it.
Anyway, here's a gorgeous [all vegan] plate with lots of yumminess! It's a quinoa burger, with coleslaw, hummus, tomatoes and cheese. Served with fries (store bought ones unfortunately), vegan garlic mayo and some salad. Quiet a few steps, but nothing too exhausting - here we go!
The quinoa burger
I made my burgers using this premade mixture - just mix with hot water and they're ready for the frying pan/oven. I made a total of 6 burgers out of this mix - 5 of them are currently in my freezer!
Super simple but oh so good - I grated cabbage and carrot and mixed in some iFraiche from Oatly, add salt and pepper to taste and you're done!
Pretty self-explanatory, here I'm just showing how I assembled the burger, I also finished the top bun with some hummus. The vegan cheese is from Astrid and aporna (Jeezly the original). My hummus is home-made, I might post my recipe of it some time.
And below is the mayo I'm using, big fan of it!
