Everytime I want to wear something simple but stylish, I stick to my three alltime favorites. A good worn in pair of blue jeans, a striped shirt and my beloved loafers. I bought them on sale, back in the days, when I was working in a high street store. The same goes for the jeans, which got ripped by a little skateboard crash. I kind of like, them even better than before and I will wear them until they fall apart. I recently thrifted a new jacket, that you can see on the picture.

I took these pictures last Sunday, when the weather felt like something between summer and autumn. Everything in this post is second hand, except the crop top. I found it on sale for a while ago. I love the colours of this pants, which I found on ebay and the jacket is an old favorite from a flea market. As for the shoes, I was lucky to find them at a flea market as well. I really like that outfit and would discribe it, as somewhere in between retro french and laidback :) All this things belongs in my wardrobe, I am pretty sure about that.

Somehow it got August and that means that summer is almost over here in Denmark. I didn't really get the chance to build a summer wardrobe this year, but I finally found a way to wear this cute cherry cardigan, that I thrifted years ago. I felt in love with the pretty embroidery and details and I am more than happy, that I found a way to combine it. I am also really into black and white at the moment and these trousers are one of my favorites, they have been part of my wardrobe for several years now and they are aging in a very good way, if you know what I mean :)

Back to building a more minimalist wardrobe, all these items are something that belongs there. The striped shirt is a sale fund from the beginning of this year's and the sandals are having their third summer with me. I have no doubt about keeping them or one of the other things that I am wearing in this post and that feels pretty good.

One of my goals is to build a more minimalistic wardrobe and I think that I will use my blog as a guideline. I was planning an outfit for a little weekend trip to Hamburg and was quite happy with this denim and dots style. The Midi dress is about to years old and one of my favorite items, when I am in the mood to wear something a little more feminine than usually. The denim shirt is one of my latest second hand treasures from ebay. It seems like it's going to be one of my favorites for the spring/summer season. I really love the folklore look, the pretty details and the bright color. I bought both the jumper and the shoes on sale and the jacket is an old thrift find. All these items are something that belongs in my wardrobe and I have absolutely no doubt about that. This is a pretty good feeling and a good start to rethink all my clothes in therms of styling variety and matching options.

The typical April weather, we are having here in Denmark at the moment is a bit challenging, not only for my wardrobe, but also for my mood. I really long for spring and warmer days and try to enjoy the short glimpse of sunshine, as much as possible. I prepared an outfit for tomorrow and looking forward to try this combination. The jacket is really old, and you already know the sweater, as for the shirt. Tja, well that is one of my latest Fastfashion sins, I felt in love with it, after I have seen it several times on Instagram and I just had to buy it. I try to enjoy it, because I think it's important to allow yourself to break your own rules from time to time without feeling guilty. So here is to enjoy and celebrate the little sins, which makes life sweeter and easier and sometimes helps to create a new outfit.

I am back with a new outfit post, which contains only old favorites of mine. Let us start with the cropped jeans, I bought them on sale years ago and I still love them. The sweater is from the children department and I got this shirt from my sister for a long time ago. As for the jacket, this was actually my first thrift find in Denmark and it is about nine years ago since I moved here. I kept it all the time, but it never felt quite right, until now. Maybe I am finally old enough to find out, how to combine it. Last but not least the shoes, which I was lucky to find on sale as well.

I bought this comfy sweatshirt on sale for a while ago and it has been my favorite since. I love wearing it with a cute collar underneath to bring out the retro vibes, but it's also great paired with a striped shirt for a more klassisk look. It's really cozy and it's one of my favorite items to add a sporty touch to a more feminin outfit. I am going to wear it today with a midi rib dress, tights and boots.

It's another rainy day here in Aarhus and I am going to borrow my boyfriends jacket again, since it's perfect for days like today. I was looking for an oversized college jacket for a while and just out of the blue I discovered this one in my boyfriends wardrobe. I love the retro vibes and I think it adds an interesting kontrast to a more feminin outfit. The question is, why I didn't got my eye on it before, I don't know but I guess that sometimes you can see something new and unexpected in old clothes.

Autumn season is truly my favorite and I am a little bit sad, that it almost seems to be over again in Denmark. I just love the colors nature is showing and the dressing options are much more fun I think. One of my favorites during the season are wearing jumpers over dresses, tights and boots and I recently discovered my boyfriends college jacket. Which he doesn't use at the moment. The dress is an old one that I bought on sale and I kept it for a long time. It seems like it's going to be one of my favorites this season.
