Really tired at work today but I did stay for an extra 1,5 h bc it's soooo much to do, which of course is nice but feels hard to leave work when it's so much left to do.. But but, I guess it's a good thing to be a workaholic.
Amazing weather today so I did go for a power walk and then some grocery shopping! Trying to stay with as many vegan or vegetarian meals as possible. I just don't feel for that much meat now, don't know why! But believe me, with eggs, cheese, beans, lentils and all different kind of vegetarian options I have I'll be more than ok. We eat way more protein than we need to and what outer body can take care of. Excited to go back to some routines and workouts now when fall is kicking in.
I bought this healthy cracker mix and you only blend it with water and let it be for 30 minutes and then you make a thin layer on a baker tray and put it in the oven for 45 minutes and 175celsius. Tastes really good! To have as a snack with some avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese or maybe some eggs.
I also did the small cottage cheese pancakes with two eggs, this fiber flour at the pic and 100 gram of cottage cheese. It's a perfect snack or smaller meal for the afternoon or maybe before lunch!
