Happy New Year everyone! I've decided to write this post in English so all my friends can read along (without using Google Translate😉)
My first semester at Georgia College is officially over, and I'm almost exactly halfway through my stay here in the States. These first five months have been absolutely fantastic! I have made so many memories and met amazing, sweet, and funny people from America and other countries all around the world. I am so happy to be able to call all these new people my friends! I'm so excited to get back to school soon and see a lot of them again, and become even closer friends - and to make even more new friends.
Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of my trip so far, you have really made my first time away from home so memorable and wonderful, and I really appreciate all the memories we've made together! I can't wait to get back and make even more❤
I must admit that I have been that annoying person that constantly has their phone out to take pictures (sorry😉), but now that I can look back and relive the trips, parties, and laughs, I definitely have no regrets! To share some of the wonderful things I have experienced, I made a video with pictures from the entire semester (It's pretty long, but I have experienced so much that it was impossible to make it shorter than 10 minutes😝). This video brings back so many memories and I know that I will always be able to look back on this time with a smile on my face.
My Christmas break has been so nice and relaxing. I spent the first days with Rachel and her family. Rachel and I went shopping, went to the movies, and hung out with some of her friends. I then spent almost two weeks at Olivia's house and spent Christmas with her and her family. Even though being away from home on Christmas was weird, it was also fun to experience a real American Christmas🎄. A few days after Christmas I went to Florida for a few days and returned to Rachel's to spend New Years Eve with her.
We now have a week left of the break, and I'm super excited to go back to school and start another fantastic semester!
