All the beaches in Sydney seem to be the same place. It's like a deja-vu. Surely, I can't tell the difference. The sand , the waves , the people , the area , the trees , the geography, everything looks the same! In one year I have visited a great number of beaches around NSW and besides the fact that everywhere you go is a small heaven , it feels like the only thing is different is the length of the beach.
After our honeymoon in Africa , Europe and the Indian Ocean we decided to have some time off before we start working back home. Huskisson Beach in Jervis Bay , 3 hours drive from Sydney , is a nice , tranquil place to spend some time away from the city. The people were so relaxed and easy going , walking their dogs around, simply dressed and all seemed happy. That's weird to say but they were all seemed to enjoy this way of living. At least , this is what I felt during my short visit.
My tip: Always read the signs ( it's dangerous to swim in specific beaches) and always check the weather before you go anywhere in Australia !
Also , keep in your car just in case a coat , swimwear and sunscreen. One minute might be raining and the very next minute you can't handle the heat. True story !
