I am not usually an active person unless its a weekend in the mountains and I get promised a day of trekking, I enjoy trekking a lot and it was forever the only activity I like to do.
A week ago, I started feeling a big pain in my back and neck and it was leading to undesired nausea so I decided to take action and start loving and caring for my Body, as a Graphic Designer, working full time is not healthy at all the my back and spine and mind peace.
I started waking up earlier than usually, and doing 30 min of YOGA stretching before any other thing, every morning and today i reached finally the capacity of enduring 40 MINUTES of yoga stretching!!
It made me fall in love with myself even more and breath better and appreciate and thank myself every time for healing my body even if slowly.
