The InsideSales Representative is responsible for hunting for new business from bothexisting and new customers within an assigned vertical. Candidates will beresponsible for achieving business goals by managing, building and developing apipeline of sales opportunities.



Your most important responsibilities are:

•Prioritizehighest opportunity target accounts within a defined vertical

•Workclosely with the Business Development Representative to ensure smooth andtimely follow-up on sales leads

•Generateand close new opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline

•Quicklyidentify decision-makers and influencers along with their correspondingbusiness needs, timeline and budget

•Connectwith potential and existing customers by telephone, email and online meetings

•Routequalified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for furtherdevelopment and closure

•Provideaccurate and timely forecasting and updates to the sales manager

•Consistentlymeet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas


What It Takes:


•Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

•Strongphone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

•Able tointeract and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

•Able toprioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of thebusiness goals

•Drive tocontinually improve your sales skills through self-learning

•Comfortableworking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

•Familiaritywith MS Office Suite, CRM, Google, LinkedIn and other social media sources tooptimize efficiency and performance



•Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent

•3+ yearsprevious successful Sales or Business Development experience or a stronginterest in a selling role

•Directbusiness-to-business experience desired

•Highlymotivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit

•Tons ofenergy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
