My fingers are itching for some change, I just can't make up my mind on what to change...

It's all in the combination of big pieces and details!
Some details I cannot do without in my home is dark brown fleamarket finds mixed with vintage brass, white marble and candles!
And of course various green plants, like this cute little cactus.

This is the newest addition to my collection of old wooden furniture!!!
The plan is to make it in to a entertainment station with room for the tv, board games, PlayStation and of course a drink cupboard!

I'm SO grateful for my friends and my fiancé who agrees on carrying all these heavy pieces up all those stairs to our apartment! ❤

As much as I love Christmas, I hate Christmas lingering for too long. So today everything goes.
The tree is gone, all the ornaments and decorations are carefully wrapped, stored and organized in boxes for next Christmas.
And all that's left is this bouquet of amaryllis and pine branches that I made from the buds still blooming in our windows. (Well the advent stars are still up.. January is sooo dark here in Sweden without them. But they need to go before February. That's the rule)

When I need to relax and escape the reality, Pinterest is my go to!
Here is some pictures from my "for the home" board that inspires me right now.

Hallway vignette goals.

There is nothing I don't like in this picture! But I'm especially fond of that rusty metallic palm tree on the table to the right.

Pineapples and seashells is a must in my home!

This room is PERFECT!
Everything from walls, ceiling, plant, painting, colours and crown moulding. This is the dream!

I'm a sucker for Christmas trees, well I'm a sucker for anything Christmas really.
But how many of you keep your beautiful tree all the way til New Year's Eve!? And how many of you take the opportunity to redecorate it in to a "New Years tree"!? Traditions says that the new years tree should be dressed in beautiful strings and ribbons saved from all those gifts opened at Christmas!
Which I would do.... if less gifts were wrapped in red ribbons.

(Red is for Christmas and Christmas only) Hehe.

Happy New Year!
