Sipping coconuts during sunset is probably one of my favorite things to do!

Hey guys. Update on our Australian visa story: Daniel and I just got an email saying that we need to make an health examination and get a chest X-ray to complete our applications. This makes it a bit hard for us since the Australian Visa Centre here in Bali can't make health examinations, the "closest" place is Singapore. We emailed a lady who works at the immigration in Au and asked her if it was okay that we did the examination in Singapore but we're still waiting for an answer. The thing is, when you apply for a visa you need to be in your home country... so I don't know how this will end up, cuz everyone knows how strict the border control is in Au.. I'm so nervous! I first panicked a bit since we might need to go back to Sweden and we don't have a place to stay there and no work (it's really easy to find work in Au compared to Sweden), but after a lot of thinking and comforting from Daniel, I have now settled with the idea of that we might go to Sweden instead. The most frustrating thing is just that I don't know what is going to happen one week from now. BUT we'll see! I know that everything will work out perfectly fine! It's just the process that's giving me anxiety haha!

Okay that's that. I will keep you posted with the rest of the visa story when I know more. Xxx

Ohhh my.. the sunset yesterday was just crazy! And when we were on our way to dinner the most beautiful light shone through the gate to our villa. After a few minutes the sun was gone but fortunately we snapped some quick photos before!

I'm wearing a tshirt saying "I've got nothing to wear" - everyone's thoughts everyday right? Yep I feel that too! I'm planning to do some shopping after my exam tomorrow to celebrate haha! And maybe go to the movies as well, and see the new Fast and the Furious! We'll see!

This little fella has been abandoned :(:(:( The villa next to the one we stay in had the cat before but apparently they have moved and now the cat is alone and he's the sweetest boy. I feel so sorry for him. Every time we've been out and come back, he comes screaming for cuddles and food. Daniel is unfortunately allergic to cats so we can't keep him in our villa but we cuddle with him as much as we can and give him food every now and then. I just don't understand how people can do such things.. just leave their pets like that, like they have no feelings??? Arh.. makes me so angry.

Hey babes. Here are some photos from today!

We had breakfast at Hungry Birds.
Best place in town for pancakes and toast with avo!

I edited some photos while waiting.
Daniel is getting real good in photoshop and is teaching me some stuff now which I loooove. Editing is so much fun!

We picked up our laundry.
The lovely Nyoman and her husband Adi. They are the sweetest and are always so happy when we see them!

Aaaand the best of the best. Our cleaner!
This is the famous Ibu haha! We love her. She is the friendliest and she is always showering me with complements haha!

Now it's dinner time and then my studies will continueee. Only one day left before my exam. Omg!

Good morning guys!
I put my alarm on 06 this morning to get up and study for a while before my love wakes up. It's nice to have done a bit before it gets to hot here as well. I just wanna lay in the sun and swim in the middle of the day haha! You have no idea how hot and humid it is her atm! Let's just say I'm soo ready to go to Australia and breath some fresh air and wear jeans and cool jackets. Still waiting for our working holiday visas though... Fingers crossed they get approved sooon!

And yes, it's Monday again. No anxiety right? Make the most of the day, no matter what your plans are. Your mindset is the most powerful tool to change your energy. Big hugs!

Tshirt and shoes from Adidas <333

Oh the love I have for Adidas Originals. I love when I find small Adidas stores around the world with the coolest selections! Daniel tried on this tshirt first because it's for men, but it was too small for him and they didn't have his size so I bought it for me instead hehe. I always steal his tshirts anyway so I think he liked that I bought my own oversized tisha haha!

I hope you're having a cosy Sunday ❤️

BRUNCH IN BED

I went up early this morning with the cause of my studies but ended up on my phone instead hehe. So when both Daniel and I were up, we drove to a bakery and bought bagels and croissants. SO DELICOIUS! I haven't had bagels since we left Sweden so it felt really luxury haha!

At Bening Spa yesterday <3

We decided to come back to Canggu yesterday so we checked out of our cosy hotel and jumped on the scooter heading to Canggu. We spent three days in Jimbaran which was nice, but everything is so much more expensive there... Although everything is very cheap in Bali, I know that. But once you've been here for almost 6 month and you know you can get cheaper food and hotel, you don't wanna waste your money on that. So that's why we decided to go back! And also because I have some hectic study days ahead, while Daniel is off both work and school and there's more stuff for him to do around here, like surfing and skating. Everything in Jimbaran is very spread out and it takes about 30 minutes with scooter do drive somewhere nice.

Anyways, when we got back yesterday we had to find somewhere to stay and luckily our friends' villa was available. Yaaay! So we moved in here yesterday afternoon. It's so nice so stay here.. it's quiet, we have a kitchen so we can make our own breakfast and it's a little bit off the main road but still close to everything.

On the way back to Canggu we booked an appointment for massage at 8 o'clock last night. I felt that I needed some relaxation since I've been stressing so freaking much with my studies lately. So that was awesome! We always go to the same place, Bening Spa. It's located in Seminyak and we pay 80'000 for one hour of Balinese massage (about 50kr).

Time to get back to my books. Have a wonderful Saturday lovelies!

Homework in bed and breakie at Secret Spot.

Why does grammar need to be so damn hard haha? My test is in six days and I feel that I have to study a lot before if I wanna pass it. So yeah that's what I've been doing today. And tonight we're having dinner with mum and Uffe again. It might be the last time I see them for a while. They are leaving for Gili tomorrow and they will be there for a while, and Daniel and I will leave Bali soon. We are still waiting for our Australian visas though..

Okay I'm gonna go relax in the pool for a little while now. Hugs!

Yesterday's breakie at Bukit Cafe and the pool at our homestay, called Sakura.

Gooood morning!
Yesterday was a really good day! I studied almost the whole day and, as I wrote yesterday, we went out for dinner with my mum and Uffe. We ended up at a place called Cuca, which is a tapas, fine-dining kinda place. Daniel and I haven't been on a fancy place like that since we left Sweden haha! It was really fun though. We ordered 8 different dishes so we tried many things! Unfortunately I didn't take any photos.. but check on TripAdvisor for more if you wanna!

Today we will go to a place called Secret Spot for breakie and then study until afternoon, and then hopefully we will go to a beach somewhere here for the sunset.
