I ate lunch at home today, as I mentioned in my latest post. I found some red lentils from a meal a couple of days ago in the fridge, and I put them on a piece of whole grain tortilla bread. Along with that I had cheese, rocket, some kind of sauce mix I threw together in like one minute and corn. We didn't have a lot of vegetables so I obviously had to put some mango and strawberries on there, as usual. It feels like I eat fruit to every single meal, but I honestly don't mind. Fruit is the best.

This morning started off with gym class and football outside. I had a lot of fun even though it's not easy for me to be outside these days because of all the pollen. After the football I had a doctors appointment so I went to the hospital and it took me about 3 hours to get out of there. So I missed both the English and the Swedish lesson as well as the lunch break. Therefore I went home and made my own lunch afterwards, which I'll show you in another post.

After school me and my friend Minna went for a spontaneous walk and found a place to sit on a hill. We spent around an hour and a half there just talking and chewing on a snack. I got some nuts from the brand Anyday, dry roasted with no oil added and super tasty. I really enjoyed it and the weather today has been incredible! Happy Monday everyone :)

This morning I woke up quite late today so I decided to make more of a brunch instead of a proper breakfast. I have been wanting to try banana pancakes for so long and I thought that today was the perfect day to do it. I sadly didnt have the right ingredients to be able to make them vegan, but I'll definitely do that next time. I made them out of oat flour, eggs and a banana and they tasted delicious. As topping I put everything I could find on there. Mango, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, passionfruit, syrup and some chia seeds. I also drank a glass of green tea with a pinch of cinnamon in it to go with the pancakes. A great way to start the day and I was perfectly full afterwards!

I am personally not a huge fan of these introduction posts since I just want to get right into the persons life when I start reading a new blog. I don't know if that's just me though. I used to be a "hardcore" blogger when I was around ten years old but I gave up that career beacuse no one seemed to read my very interesting posts about cupcakes and rabbits haha. But I still think that you'd like some basic facts about me, so here you go;

My name is Frida and I'm sixteen years old. I live in Stockholm, which is the capital of Sweden (for those of you who aren't pro at geography) but my parents are from other parts of Europe as well. You'll probably figure out my hobbies the more I post on this blog, so I'll just leave it at that.

So here I sit, a Sunday afternoon 6 years later trying to bring my old self back. Jokes aside though, I hope that your day will turn out wonderful!
