I ate lunch at home today, as I mentioned in my latest post. I found some red lentils from a meal a couple of days ago in the fridge, and I put them on a piece of whole grain tortilla bread. Along with that I had cheese, rocket, some kind of sauce mix I threw together in like one minute and corn. We didn't have a lot of vegetables so I obviously had to put some mango and strawberries on there, as usual. It feels like I eat fruit to every single meal, but I honestly don't mind. Fruit is the best.
