April 7 , Last day in London, we spent course also on Oxford Street and shopped. You have to take the opportunity when it is cheap and when there are fun shops, which actually do not exist in Sweden. I shopped some new shirts, underwear, a denim jacket, a dress and little makeup. On the return journey as we flew over the Thames, so we could see the London Eye, Big Ben and the Tower Bridge from the aircraft.

April 6, Vegetarians and vegan and going since 1988; what’s not to love about Mildred? The Sri Lankan sweet potato curry above that I had for lunch recently was one of the best veggie dishes I’ve had! Mildreds has filials in Soho, King’s Cross and Camden and is a safe bet for vegetarians; the menu is really varied and appetising. bet for vegetarians; the menu is really varied and appetising. bet for vegetarians; the menu is really varied and appetising.

April 5, On Saturday I was supposed to go to an exhibition at Victoria Miro with a friend, but the queue was sooooooooo long. Instead I walked along the canal in the spring weather; there are always so many fun boats to look at down there.

Started watching a lot of food blogs on YouTube, type "What I Eat in a Day" and the like, much vegan and so. There are so very many ideas out there, and I love the food haha.

First, in April, I and Tilde ride the London Eye we thought was very strain. We could hardly believe the goods eyes when we saw how big this popular Ferris wheel by the River Thames actually is. To book tickets in advance saves you time. You can also buy combination tickets with a boat trip on the Thames or with entries to other popular attractions. Just next door is the London Aquarium, which is a great indoor activity when it rains. The penguins are particularly popular with me and Tilde! In the area around it, South Bank, there are many street performers and some nice café. Many museums usually have activities and exhibitions focusing, for example, the natural History Museum and the Science Museum in South Kensington. And then I went out was in the London Eye to go in there in the London Eye cost 223 SEK. And then I went to eat the food in the restaurant Akuna Matata Enough to feed an elephant. There that I hamburger it costs 111 SEK. I thought that the food tastes really good. I had a good hour first day in London.

Today we are going home. I haven´t been thinking about it, but now that I´m actually going home I feel how much I actually miss being home. I´m a person who rater spends the night home than out with friends. And you have to admit, it feels really good to just lay in the couch and look at TV sometimes.

I´m leaving in a few hours so I´m about to check out of the hostel and shop for the last of my money. And before I leave I´m going to ask Sarah if she wants to grab a coffee with me so we can say goodbye. I hope we will keep in touch even though we live in different countries.

I´m at the airport now and the plane is leaving in about an hour. I bought a new shirt, which you can see to the left, and then texted Sarah to see if she wanted to grab coffee with me. She answered immediately and said that she had thought about asking me too, so she was glad I asked her.

We meet at Starbucks and had coffee. It was really funny, and I realized that even though I had meet her 3 days ago, I felt like I had known her my whole life, and I´m really going to miss her.

We talked for about an hour before she had to leave. Then we hugged and I left for the airport, and she went to the dentist. And now I have to go, I have a plane to catch.

The sky on the way home was really beautiful, there´s a picture to the left. When we flew over London I saw big Ben, the millennium bridge (which is in Harry Potter), and a bunch of other things I recognized. And I realized how big London is, and how much I´m going to miss it.

But now I´m home, and really tired, so I´m going to sleep.

Hello! When I woke up this morning I realized that I had booked a Jack the Ripper tour at 07:30 pm that starts at exit 3 of Aldgate East Station. So before that I had to eat dinner, and I decided that I would eat at spaghetti house, that´s only 30 minutes away from the Aldgate East Station. I have heard that they have good food, that doesn´t cost a fortune.

So I ate breakfast and then I went to oxford street, where you can shop. There I went from store to store, and I even bought 2 new shirts. I like the black one the most, because it sums up my life.

The time ran away really quick, so before I realized it, I had to go back to the hostel and take a shower before I went to the restaurant. At the restaurant i ate spaghetti carbonara, with Smoked pancetta, egg, black pepper and Grana Padano. It tasted like heaven, seriously. It doesn´t look so tasty on the picture, but I promise you, it tastes better than it looks.

I payed for the food, and then I went to Aldgate East Station. The tour was really interesting, and I learned a lot about Jack the Ripper.

The first place we went to was Osborne Street, where he murdered Emma Smith. And it went on like that, we went to the murder scenes and other places. We got to see the letters that he wrote to the central news agency, which he sent with half a human kidney. I think it´s really sick that he did that, and it´s kind of surprising that they did not find out who he was.

Above you can see a picture of one of the places we went to.

After the tour I was really tired, I went back to the hostel and went to sleep.

Hello, I just ate breakfast, and now I´m going to take a shower. After that I´m going to the Camden and I´m taking a boat trip from Camden to the Little Venice, and then back to Camden again. I´m exited and nervous at the same time, because I´m scared of boats, but I think that it will be funny to see something new. And I have never been at a cruising, so it´s a new experience. I need to go now if I want to catch the bus, but I will write when I come home again.

The trip was really interesting, and I got to see a lot of things. We sailed trough London Zoo and Regent´s park, which I took a walk in for a few days ago. And I did not get seasick, as I expected. And I had lunch with me at the boat, so I ate while we sailed back to Camden. It was interesting and cool to see the buildings around the canal, and I took the pictures above.

When I got back from the tour Sarah called, and asked me when I was going home. I told her that I was going home in 2 days, and that I wanted to see her before I left. She agreed and said that we would keep in touch.

After that I just wandered around for a while to gather my thoughts. I just felt kind of lost, and I did not really know why I was feeling sad, but I did. But after 30 minutes I felt much better, and when I came back I ate noodles and called my mother. And now I´m going to sleep, because tomorrow it´s my last night here, and I´m planning on doing something really funny.
