The first thing you do when you wake up is eating breakfast but what is a good breakfast to eat in the morning? Well breakfast is the most important meal on the day. It gives you some energy early in the morning so you won't be tired rest of the day. But still there is to many people that doesn't eat any kind of breakfast instead they only eat lunch and dinner. This is a big problem, if you don't eat breakfast you will have a much harder time rest of the day. But back to the point, what is a good breakfast to eat in the morning? Something I personally recommend is 1-2 sandwiches with butter and cheese. Yoghurt with bananas in it just because it's important to eat fruits, it's good for your health and that is exactly what I want to improve with this guide. And of course a glass of milk or water, both of them works perfectly fine.
After you've eaten breakfast you go to school and if you want to be able to "survive" the day in school you need to sleep well on the nights. If you don't you will have extremely hard time concentrate in school and that will hurt your performance and in some cases your grades. How much should you sleep a day? Well it depends on how much energy you lose per day. If you train some kind of sport or goes to the gym you will lose much more energy than normal. But I would say you should sleep at least 9 hours a day or even more.
In school when you eat lunch some people find schools food disgusting and won't eat it at all. That will hurt your performance as well. So if I don't like the food what should I do? In almost every school there should be a second alternative but if even that is not the "best" you should take some vegetables and a sandwich. Another tip could be to take a fruit with you every day in case this happens as well. But there shouldn't be that hard to eat the schools food in the first place if you ask me.
When you get home from school you usually have some kind homework to do. Many people wait to the last day and do them including me some times. But that's not something I recommend to do. In some cases you might need to ask your teachers about something you don't know and if you wait to the last day its usually pretty hard to ask him or her. This includes studying to a test. That's why you should split the homework or studies to a lot of days. So you should do a little bit every day. Or if you really want to get it over with you could to everything directly. But I personally recommend the first strategy just because you don't need to work 5 hours in one day instead you maybe do 1 hour per day. This will keep you calm and not stressed over homework and test. You will be mental balanced.
Something that keeps you from getting depressed is having a lot of friends. If you have friends that supports you even in worst moments in your life is going to help you through your whole life. This is also a way to keep school still fun and will also keep you mentally balanced. But sometimes there will be really mean people in school as well. They just think that they are better you and won't even hesitate to hurt you mentally and physically. These kinds of people are people you should avoid to make friends with just because these people may become criminals in the future. No one is better than anyone else, if you met these kinds of people you can do like me ignore them at any cost and just walk away if something happens. These people can already be criminals because they can use drugs and alcohol. If you feel some group pressure that you should try drugs and alcohol to be one in the "gang". You should definitely say no, drugs are never safe. The best thing to do is just walk away just like I said before. Drugs will always hurt you both mentally and physically.
There is always good to have some kind of sport or even a gym to be able to go to so you can keep inform. This really helps you from getting tired and keep you going through the whole school. When you exercise you build up your stamina and that will make you able to stay focused in a much longer period of time. That helps a lot in school. And also when you exercise you will get a feeling that you have done something good from the brain. That feeling can you also get from helping friends. That feeling will make you happy and keep you from getting depressed in some situations. But how much should I exercise per day? Well an average of a half hour a day should be enough to keep you going but you can also split it up. For example you can exercise 3 hours on 3 days a week but it really depends how you want to do it.
When you do things in life you have some goals to achieve before you die for example being the richest man in the world or even become the most famous person in the world. So how do I achieve these kinds of goals? Completing these kinds of goals is always extremely difficult but never impossible. You should always keep trying, usually the first step to get to a dream is succeeding in school. If you don't have good grades it will be hard for any dream to come true. So keep trying and eventually you will get there.
