Hello! 

Had the day of and I went to the gym to get some workout in for the week. I go to a small gym in my home town and I find that if I go at day time there aren't a lot of people hogging the squat rack for me! Which is awesome!

As always I do a fullbody workout since I only strength traning three times a week I find that its best, ofcourse sometimes I focus more on upperbody and sometimes lowerbody.

But today I decided to put on some more weight 60 kg (132 lbs) to be exact and I manged to do 4x6 deadlift and 3x6 of squats and it felt really good although really hard, but that's the point right? If it doesn't challange you it doesn't change you. But I don't think its good to push to hard either not so hard that you never want to do a workout again or even worse you injure yourself.

Hello there!

I am Sara and I am new to this so please bear with me until I get things figured out. As you maybe can see by name I am on my journey to get healthy after years of not taking care of my body or mind for that matter. I either go all out and workout seven days a week with a super strict diet that crash and burn after a while and then its followed by a binge that last for a while and of course with that comes the hating myself and questioning why I can't stick to it like other people. Of course I knew why I just wanted the results and fast.

But now I find myself more balanced with food and working out. I go to the gym about three times a week and strength train for about an hour each time paired with walks about three times a week and on top of that I am working in a supermarket where I do heavy lifts and walk all day which I do enjoy because sitting in a office all day would drive me insane, but I do enjoy being active but I also like being lazy and not doing anything and eating candy. I call it balance, something I believe is the key to any healthy lifestyle. 

I am also vegan, don't worry you don't have to be a vegan for me to like you! But I do encourage you to give it a try since I found myself becoming calmer and mush more down to earth since becoming vegan. But with that said I love to cook and have studied to become a chef but it didn't suit me and lifestyle so I gave up on it, but my passion for cooking remained.
