its been a good day. I did not overeat and I worked out (30min run with my boyfriend). I felt pretty good afterwards:)
I ate a little bit to much (we had cake and ice cream.. too yummie) but it did not escalade like it always does.. I could stop myself before binging💪small steps and stuff;)
in the evening I ran for 35min and did some body-weight exercises afterwards.
...so far so good 😊
