yesterday(05.09.16):
its been a good day.  I did not overeat and I worked out (30min run with my boyfriend).  I felt pretty good afterwards:)

today (06.09.16)
I ate a little bit to much (we had cake and ice cream.. too yummie)  but it did not escalade like it always does.. I could stop myself before binging💪small steps and stuff;) 
in the evening I ran for 35min and did some body-weight exercises afterwards.

...so far so good 😊

I'm a 23 year old girl from germany and today I'd love to Start challenging myself. I want to let go of old,  annoying and lifequality restricting habits. I want to work out more,  stop eating all this shi* and become a happy and much more self confident woman.
