This is a different post but I felt like I wanted to write this for my sake and yours because I will read this again when I lose my motivation sooo this postis going to be about how to stay motivated and I will probably do one for school as well later on!
What do I actually do to stay motivated?
Well first off you've gotta make a routine out of it!
Download an workout app -
What I mean is that there are too many free apps on App Store that you can download and it will give you small workouts! I am not a morning person for shit thats something I am not going to lie about but something that has helped me is doing a 15 minute workout every now and then in the morning so I can get a productive start of my day!
Workout with a Friend -
It doesn't have to be going to the gym and doing a full hardcore workout for like two hours haha, what I mean is like going for a run and doing small workouts and doing it with a friend is such a motivation because you can hype each other up about it, trust me it will make you go further!
Do it at home -
As I said you don't have to go to the gym for a workout, its easy if you wake up like 15-20 minutes earlier in the morning to squeeze in a workout before your morning shower and it doesn't take up you whole morning to just get to the gym and get back home.
Social media -
Instagram, We heart it and Pinterest have allot. of motivational quotes and good workouts, So my biggest tip if you need motivation is to go on a social media and look up Fitspo, there you'll have allot of inspiration for working out and trust me its helped me allot and even with eating clean!
Last but not least, workout clothes -
Well every now and then we need new workout clothes, it truly is a good motivation! Getting new stuff and the feeling of wanna use it/them directly!
