Today i am going to be talking about a few of my favourite fruit that also help you look younger and prettier. The list includes fruit like kiwi fruit and raspberry which help with getting rid of wrinkles, smoothening skin, helping with skin texture you name it!

First up is raspberries they are a juicy delicious fruit with a bit of a sour tinge they are usually ripe around summer and they are really great for your skin they help slow down the aging process and give your skin a nice texture so if you want to have less wrinkles and have lovely skin raspberries are for you!

I know that kiwi fruit is especially good for your skin it helps soften, firm, smoothen and slows aging for your skin it is pretty much a super fruit for your skin so if you want skin to look better i would highly recommend eating some kiwi fruit!

Mango is nearly everyone's favorite fruit it is sweet, juicy and delicious but did you know its also great for your skin it makes your skin look younger and slows down wrinkles, it also help with the elasticity of your skin and helps regenerate skin cells!

Do we really need to diet? 

I know that a lot of people decide to diet because they want to be slimer or stay slim but that puzzles me because you should be able to eat what you want but you should find healthy foods which you actually enjoy eating. The point is that you shouldn't starve yourself to death and you should actually enjoy life and eating don't just diet because someone told you you're fat, do it for yourself eat the way you want but just portion it and get exercise and enjoy time with friends and family, life is there to be lived, don't restrict yourself with diets that hardly give you any energy, try eating natural and organic food and remember most foods are good for you it just matters how much you eat of it!

Do we go on a diet or start drinking those shakes? No there is one simple thing you can do to ensure your health and happiness... Exercise. Today I would like to talk about one of natures wonders... Coconut oil there are lots and lots of benefits actually there are more than one hundred, don't believe me just look it up, but for now I will just name a few                                                                                       1. It whitens your teeth. Coconut oil really does whiten your teeth just use it like mouthwash, swish it around for sixty seconds...
