ahhhh had great sushi last night!! Family was in town (but they left this morning), so we celebrated my bday before they had to leave. If you live in bkk or are visiting, definitely recommend going to Maki Maki! It is so yummyyyyy. Ate way too much, but hey its almost my bday so who cares :))

Went to the floating market yesterday. I expected it to be a bit boring, but it was actually a lot of fun. Definitely a good touristy thing to do if you are ever visiting in Bangkok. Also, a great place for pictures ;)
Had a long weekend because it was the king's birthday in Thailand, which was much needed. Family is also in town from Finland, so I got to spend more time with them instead of slaving away at my school work. Weather has been wonderful, so I've taken full advantage of soaking up some vitamin D. :))
Having a clam evening of tea drinking and paper writing. College apps are almost done...thank god, but this week is about to be wayyy too stressful. Tons of IAs are due.
On the bright side, today was such a nice day. Went to the pool for a couple hours and came out with bronzed skin. I'll take it. Also, went to see Mocking Jay Part ll and it was soooo good. I read the books and saw all the movies, so I was pretty excited to see it and I would definitely say to go see it.
Ahhhhh foooood!!! Went with a friend this morning to get brunch and it was soo yummy. We went to this cute little cafe owned by Swedish people. It has such a nice atmosphere and a great place to take photos ;) If you live in bkk or are visiting, you should definitely go there: it's on Soi 49 and it's called Rocket
I've honestly been super lazy lately, since football season has ended. :/ Decided I need to get back to the gym and get my bod ready for Christmas break. Felt so nice to sweat and feel my muscles burning. Had a very productive dayyy woohoooo
Had a long morning putting on my makeup and picking out an outfit to go shopping. Normally, I never leave my hair completely natural, but I was too cbf to do anything to it, so I just left it and I actually didn't hate it.
The shopping on the other hand was very unsuccessful lol. I haven't gone shopping in a really long time, so I was super excited to buy new clothes, but I found absolutely nothing. Since, it is winter/fall everywhere else all the stores like Zara and Pull & Bear have a bunch of nice winter clothes like cute sweaters and scarfs, but I can't wear any of those clothes in Thailand coz it's just too hot :(( Currently wishing I lived in a colder country so I could wear all the nice clothes. :/
What an absolutely horrible thing to happen. My heart goes out to all the people who were affected by this :((
Had a lil afternoon full of tanning and watermelon :) Perks of living in a constantly hot country
Last week I was in Holland visiting unis. I absolutely loveeeeed it and it is such an amazing place! Drank a few too many latte's, but who actually cares. The weather looks depressing af and it kinda was, but the people, food and places make up for it for sure. It was a nice break from the bkk heat. Can't wait to move there in a couple months :))
