Today was a simple day at home preparing delicious meals for myself and the rest of the family. I must also add that the idea that it is Friday makes the whole day better! I love the weekends. Even though it is summer and we have no school there's always a sudden joy as the long week rolls into the weekend. Anyway, I'm just chilling at home enjoying the last few days we have until school starts. Oh boy... can't wait.
Breakfast today was steal cut oats, 1 banana, blackberries, blueberries, walnuts and soy milk. YUM!
Kale salad for lunch with quinoa, almonds, dates, and avocado dressing.
Dinner was brown rice with beans, corn, peas, and steamed veggies topped with a curry sauce.
