Finally Saturday!! This week was packed with work and exciting events. I am welcoming May month now- and to have Erin back in town! To plan more pet talks / charity events and other amazing things we will do before summer kicks in!

I finally received my diploma from my school - almost one year after graduation haha! Btw how cute isn't Betsy's soulmate? We will foster him and try to find him a new forever home- his name is Sprite and he's 7 years old!

Let's talk about this week -
It was the Snec exhibition in Pudong Tuesday - Thursday and I met with the top people in the solar industry, attended gala dinner, mingle party etc! Therefore, I missed another (out of many) boxing classes! I have been studying Chinese for my HSK 5 exam which I had yesterday and it was very tough... I'm running SL and we have record many bookings for April 👏🏻💪🏻  yet I survived my first sparring session and I did ok!? How it was? I was very nervous before and thought I was going to die as they put me with the winner from last year (see video above, I am in black) and the other best girls (all been training double the amount compared to me 2 of them 1 year more) I forgot all technique that I have learned during the 6 weeks of boxing and it was the most tiring 4 minutes in my life haha (I moved too much?) but I had fun! I did not get selected because I have not been taking it so serious and they only selected the people ready to buy private classes (spend more money in the gym..) and who has the time to prepare them-self to the fullest - fair enough but now I know that I can survive a boxing challenge and I'm pretty damn proud!

Found some photos from the other Saturday when we went to prom! Haha both Carlos and I got so bored after those photos so we just took our things and went home before the "gala" started! Crazy shanghai Memories!!

Looking at those photos making me wonder how I could be so lucky to find such an amazing person in Shanghai. Carlos you're my everything, my soulmate and life ❤️

What a day! Did the HSK 5 mock test this morning and failed.. it was way much harder than I thought.. and you have to read crazy fast in order to have time to finish it! I have one more week to prepare for the real test.. let's see how it goes! Anyways; after that Carlos, Annie, Betsy and I took the scooter to a new restaurant called "Tribe". We almost melted in the heat that suddenly hit shanghai today! But it was a nice brunch and afterwards Carlos and I went to boxing class for two hours filled with cardio and Sparring and I fought with the coach! Happy Easter guys 🍬🐣

Wanted to explain a normal Thursday in Sh- this is how it looked like yesterday:

7am - I normally wake up of myself before the alarm, around 7 am. Trying my best to keep flight mode on both phones for another hour. Most days I take Betsy out for a 30 minutes morning walk (if weather is good). As April is a very busy month, I haven't had time for my normal morning/ evening meditation. Therefore I'm trying to just look up in the sky, touch the trees and take deep breaths everyday. Believe me it's helping!!

8-9am- I normally check emails and reply while I'm eating breakfast.

9-11am - I respond to all clients bookings inquiries / updating system. Setting up meeting and taking payments etc etc!!

11-12 pm - Chinese class with my tutor...

12-1 pm - one hour walk with B or- yesterday it was Felix.

1-1.30 pm - Time to devour a sandwich or some vegan food at home, change clothes and bike to meet lawyers!

2pm meeting in Xintiandi and opening of a new bank account wihoo

3.30-4.30 reply clients and work, work from phone. (I wish, I normally check phone every 30 minutes and respond directly..)

4.30 pm - meeting Carlos to go for an early Chinese dinner 🍴

6.30 - back home again to finish up work and study Chinese 📖

8-10pm - Time for boxing and to sweat and release all stress 💦

11pm already in bed talking to C after a shower and evening snack. Sleeeeep is so important and we normally sleep 8-9 hours every night! Boxing makes us so tired!
