Enään yhdeksäs viikko jäljellä ja niin on ensimmäinen lihaskasvuun suunnattu bulk etappi takana, ensi viikolla tulee sitten ne kaikkien odottamat ennen ja jälkeen kuvat. Mutta ennen sitä palaamme takaisin ja kerron mistä viikot 7 ja 8 ovat koostuneet.

viikko 7 rest-paus set:
Tällä viikolla keskityin pumppaamaan lihaksen loppuun saakka, jokaisen sarjan välissä pidin vain 15sec tauon ja jatkoin heti toistoja niin monta kuin jaksoin kun tämän tein 2 kertaa seurasi sen jälkeen 2-3min lepo kunnes taas mentiin seuraavalla sarjalla. Pidin tästä viikosta todella ja tuli pientä extra haastetta liikkeisiin.

Viikko 8 teho pump:
Teho pump viikolla pudotin painoja noin 50% (esim. ennen tein 100kg painoilla mutta tällä kertaa 50kg). Mutta tein ylipitkiä sarjoja noin. 20-30 toistoa. Ai että sitä lihasten polttoa, en ole koskaan kokenut niin ihanaa mutta niin pirun kipeää tunnetta. Lihaksia suorastaan hapotti ja joka treenin jälkeen on tuntunut paikoissa että on painettu ja kovaa!

Näemme ensi viikolla ja tarkistamme onko näkyvää muutosta kehossa tapahtunut.

The best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted, the best ones I've made so far!😍🍫🌱 All vegan ingredients but that doesn't mean they are the healthiest alternative, but a very good treat idea!😉

Ingredients for 12-15 cookies:
-3/4 dl of vegan butter/coconut oil or both mixed.
-1,5dl brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4dl alpro almond or coconut milk
- 3 dl flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 100 g vegan chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

How to:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.C
1. cream together butter and sugar with a spoon or a hand mixer.
2. add in the vanilla extract and milk ( it will look weird because the milk and fat will not blend at this point. No worries!)
3. In a sperate bowl mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda, salt.)
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet one little at a time, blend together well, you can use hands to knead the dough if it's easier.
5. mix in your chocolate chips
6. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray, bake for about 7-8 min.

Everyone has their own thoughts and opinions on waist training and you should always remember to listen to your body what it feels about certain things. Waist training could cause injuries if done wrong, educate yourself in beforehand!

Waist training PROS:

1. Hourglass shape. Consistent use of waist trainer will give you a slimmer waist. This will only be temporary though, if you stop waist training your shape will eventually slowly turn back.

2. Good posture. The bones in the trainer will keep your spine straight and you will not only look taller but it could also be a cure for neck and back pain caused by bad posture.

3. Weight loss. This isn't necessary a pro, but while wearing the trainer your stomach will feel full sooner and you eat less. This could only be a good thing if you want to keep yourself from eating all unhealthy junk. Calorie restriction isn't a healthy way to lose weight and will eventually come back as soon as you lost it.

4. Losing water weight and reduce bloating
You will eventually sweat a little underneath because the trainer has many layers and isn't breathable. This makes you lose the extra water weight that could be caused of high sodium intake or else.

Waist training for CONS:

1. Could be uncomfortable. Yes it is tight, not going to lie and if you aren't used to it then it's very likely that you will feel discomfort in the beginning. After a while it will feel comfortable, if not, then you're probably in the wrong size.

2. Visible under clothing. No more needed, not something i personally prefer to wear in public.

3. Lost abdominal strength. ONLY if you take it tp the extreme and literally live in your waist trainer and don't use your own core support at all. Don't overtrain!
