How would you describe your own personal style?
Basic and easy. I usually only take (read: HAVE, after all sleep snoozing...) 5 minutes to find an outfit. So it's quite simple. I like to sparkle up my outfit with rings & earrings instead. Other than that my style's more boyish than feminine. Let's say, you'll never see me in a body tight dress with sky high heels.
How are you gonna dress this spring/summer?
I didnt get enough of 'showing off your summer tanned shoulders' last summer so im gonna rock the bardot trend this summer as well. Other than flashing shoulders i'm gonna live in boyfriend jeans, big, crispy, white & blue shirts, levis shorts and vintage dresses. Sneakers and leather slippers on my feet.
Where do you tend to buy your clothes, and why?
I buy most of my clothes at Zara, mango & h&m. Have gotten a bit better at ordering online as well. Ive always been to lazy and impatiant to do it. Im more a straight away person than a 'wait 8-15 shipping days' type of person.
What do you spurge on? (spend a lot of money on)
Earrings. As i already said my style's pretty easy and uncomplicated so i think colorful/big earrings are a great detail to a more laid back look.
Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
If you feel uncomfortable and unsure in what you wear before even getting out of your front door, change outfit. I doubt you'll all suddenly get comfy and 'cocky' about your outfit during the day/night. Never happened to me.
Where do you find the inspiration for your blog posts?
From tumblr blogs, inspiring pictures, people on the streets, other blogposts or just ideas randomly popping up in my head.
Is there a person that is a fashion inspiration to you?
10 years ago i had at least 5 big fashion icons. Now days, thanks to social media i get most of my inspiration from instagrammers or bloggers.
What’s your next fashion must have?
Leather slippers and a more pricey bag with great quality... that i'll have for decades.
Favorite fashion city:
London. A city where you can go absolutely bananas while shopping. And whatever you're looking for you'll probably find.
Most comfortable outfit:
My black jeans (super soft!!) a basic tee, my grey boyfriend hoodie from H&M, snakers and a parkas or jeansjacket. One of the most comfy ones but also an outfit i feel good in. If i wanna spice the outfit up a bit i add my snake printed bag to it.
Your beauty favorite
Easy!! My vanilla scented argan oil, straight from agadir, morocco. Can't live without it. I use it every morning after shower and in the evenings after my facial wash. It moisturizes my skin (have had huge problems with dry skin, especially during winter time) and makes it 'baby-but-soft'.
Other daily musts. Rose red lipstick, a shimmery rose blush and coral nailpolish. I honestly dont think ive been without nailpolish in over 10 years?
What's one accessory that you should make sure you splurge on?
Rings, earrings and sunglasses! You cant have too many of them.
Who was your first style icon?
Kate moss, sienna miller, alexa chung and NICOLE RICHIE.
What's the best fashion advice you can give?
- If you're having major 'what to wear problems' wear black.
- Don't shop when you're stressed, shopping should be fun. And don't impulse buy clothes - you'll never wear them.
- Find your own style and rock it. You don't have to like a trend.
- Never wear something you don't feel good in. It will show.
And last but not least. Don't wear high heels if you can't walk in them....
