Made this protein bowl and had it as breakfast after coming home from work yesterday morning. I mixed Alpro Go On with one scoop of chocolate protein powder in a bowl and topped it with bananas and strawberries and some coconut flakes. Easy and tasty. And full of protein ;)

 I was off from work this evening so I decided to spend the day outside with Nicole. We had some food (pancakes for me) at my sister´s work, TinTin, and then we moved on and took a loooong walk. We also went to some stores and looked at clothes etc. Alltogether, we enjoyed the sunny weather and we had a great evening!

Me and my sister decided to finally buy a bluetooth speaker and this was our choice! I first thought about buying the black or the gray one, but then I saw this orange one and I fell in love with the color! We´ve been using it indoors but not outdoors, yet. But we will soon. The weather is supposed to be good this week, so maybe we´ll have a little BBQ in the end of the week! I also want to do something tomorrow, because I don´t start work before 22:45 and t´s going to be sunny all day, but I don´t know what yet., and with who... I´ll figure something out! :)

I´m still not feeling well, but I decided to get some fresh air with my sister because it´s a shame to stay indoors when it´s sunny. Especially if you live in Gothenburg and it usually always rains. We walked for a hour and then I started to get hungry.. I´m going to prepare my late dinner now. I´m thinking about cooking sour-cream seasoned potato wedges, broccoli and vegetarian burger.  Yum!

I have not felt very good the latest days so I´ve been mostly at home, drawing and watching series. I started watching Power a couple of days ago and and I´m stuck! The first season was only 8 episodes so it only took some days to watch it, and I´ve just started watching season two. It has been such bad weather, so I haven´t really had bad conscience for sitting indoors and not doing much. The weather forecast says it´s going to be better weather next week. Let´s just hope it´s true. It would be nice to have a little sun. It´s summer, after all....

​New pattern drawing in progress! :) I only work on this one while watching TV shows. And yes, it is possible to catch up everything on the screen and at the same time draw all these litte details. It just needs a little concentration....on both.

Because Prison Break season 5 is going to release in 2017, I decided to "catch up" by watching season 1-4. I´m almost in the middle of season 4, so I still have some episodes left before I´m finished watching the fours seasons. It was actually my college friends who started watching it again and talked me into watching it. If you as me never followed the show but only saw episodes here and there, I recommend you to watch every episode, from start. It´s a really good show!

I was looking at the top-rated TV shows at IMDB because I need a new show to watch, and I´m thinking about giving Sherlock a shot.. But on the other hand, I problably better finish watching Suits first because I still have Sutis- espisodes left to watch....

This week´s goal has been to reduce my dairy (milk, yoghurt,cheese etc) intake because I have read that dairy products are often the reson for bad skin, so I want to see how my body reacts to not get as much dairy as earlier. Before I started, I thiught it was going to be much harder to avoild dairy products, but actually it wasn´t. I can´t say I have been 100% dairy free this week, but at least 80% and that´s quite good, especielly since it´s the first time I´m trying this. I haven´t noticed much changes in my skin, it´s still oily, but it´s problably too early to decide because I think you´ll have to reduce the dairy intake during a longer period than just 5 days. Because it has gone so well this week, I will continue doing this. I will definitely update more on this if I notice any changes or have things to tell. Now it´s time for my dairy-free breakfast: soya blueberrie yoghurt and blueberries!
