Hey, my name is Ville. I'm this blog's author. I'm 17 years old and I live in Finland. I have played basketball for about 10 years I think.
In this blog I want to share my thoughts and opinions on everyday things, problems and random stuff. I have been thinking of writing about societys problems and my life. I don't know what to do, I haven't done anything like this before, I suck at writing and this is really hard but I will try my best.
This blog's name is deepwatersofmymind and it means that this is the place where I will share what's going through my mind. Believe me I can tell you that my mind is a mess. Sometimes I can barely understand myself. My train of thought and my head is so messy. I literally jump from a subject to another.
I have had some dark times that I had problems and was depressed. I got through them and I think I would like to give you some inside on those times and hopefully help you deal with whatever difficulties you may have.
I like to watch lots of shows and movies and use many quotes and phrases from them. I'm a cliché like that but I like doing it. I think it's funny. Many adults think that it's bad to watch a lot of tv. They say that reading books is better. I beg to differ. Maybe more on that later.
I'm not really creative in my opinion atleast but often I try to make my own proverbs and quotes. I like doing it because it gives a good feeling like you succeeded. I started doing that a few years back when I had troubles and quotes helped me push through and they became a big part of my life.
I chose to write in English and not in my native language Finnish because I love internationality, I'm really bad at Finnish and I have always been good at English. One other reason why I decided to write in English was that I have friends from foreign countries that don't understand Finnish and I wanted them to be able to read my blog.
I have been thinking about blogging, vlogging and making youtube videos before but I didn't have the courage to do it. Making this wasn't easy but it was fun and I liked doing it so there's more to come.
I hope to catch you on the next one.
