20 hours fasting and moving into a new apartment (and country) its quiet hectic! This time the Ramadan has started little bit hectic for us cause we are on movingfoot atm. Hamza are still in Norway at his grandma place, we have to fix the apartment before we bring him with us. This year we will fast 20 hours and therefore it's really important that we eat well right? To eat well and something that last in our stomach until the dawn. My favorite suhoor (the food we eat before fasting) is oatmeal!

You'll need:
Milk
Oatmeal
Honey
Cashew nuts
Chia seeds
Dates (optionally)

You mixed it all together in a jar just like the picture below. You decide self how much of what you want.

So concentrated with his work that he doesn't notice that I'm taking pictures 😅

And again it's here! Oh Ramadan why took it so long to come? I need to purify my soul again, I need to be reminded to be a better human being, fellow, neighbor, daughter, friend, wife and a mom. I needed you so much and I felt the longing of you incredibly! Oh Ramadan you always gives me the boost of being a better human and a Muslim. Oh Ramadan I missed you so!

Ramadan for me means to being awake in the night and having a long conversation with my maker. Crying in my sujood cause my heart can't bear the sins I have. Doing the most difficult thing in this world; is to tell myself and admit the truth about what kind of person and Muslim I am. I am ashamed and full of sins, but still I know it's still hope for me. My rabb, my maker is Al ghaffur the great forgiver! Ramadan learns to forgive all those person who hurt me and to ask for forgiveness to those person I may have hurt.

Ramadan learns me to fix my relations with family, friends and so on. Ramadan learns me to control my desires and to discipline myself.

Ramadan Mubarak to everyone ❤️
