Labor day was spent at this beautiful home with such a great view, I seriously can't complain! Most of the time we were in the hot tub or sitting around the table talking. My first BBQ since I moved here. It's weird with all these american holidays that I'm not used to even acknowledging, but hey nothing wrong with them.

Counting down until school starts, 20 days to go!

After a day at home yesterday basically only spent watching netflix I was thrilled to wake up and get out of the house. My friday afternoon was spent in the city center of Burbank. I've been past it many times but never actually walked around, it was super cozy with a bunch of shops, cute streets and places to eat or have coffee. I ended up doing a bit of shopping (the first two pictures are from the city centre).

After that I picked up the final things I needed for my apartment, such as small boxes and some nice lights, it finally feels like home now! So I promise pictures will come tomorrow, but until then you can enjoy the pictures of my street, building and pool.

So here I sit sorta feeling like a grown up, but mostly a lost child.. I am officially on my own! Yesterday was spent at Santa Monica getting manicures & pedicures (among other things) with my brother before we had a movie night (he left early this morning). So today I had my first day alone and it was a pretty good one, it was nice and warm (like every day is here) but after a calm morning at home I went to be a part of the audience for tonights episode of Conan! Jeff bridges and Jeff Ross were there and it was great, especially because it is free and I was lucky enough to be placed on the front row (and no the camera was NOT blocking my view as seen in the picture above).

For the few remaining hours of the day Im simply going to make dinner, watch movies, eat chips, watermelon and hopefully get some laundry done.

Being the crazy fans we are my brother and I simply couldn't resist going on the Studio Tour of Warner Bros. A huge amount of the things we watch and more is filmed all in the same place and we got to see it all in real life (by walking on the sets, sitting in an open tour car and looking in small museums). So much can be said about that tour but instead It will be summarized in the pictures above with Friends, Harley Quinn, PLL, Harry Potter, a real Oscar trophy and so much more. I give the tour a 4/5 the only thing missing was seeing an actual actor/actress even though we knew they were just meters away from us filming.

So I live in Burbank and Burbank is behind this big park that contains both The Hollywood Sign and the Observatory, the park is also otherwise known as Griffith Park! Griffith Park has great hiking trails (possible to drive a car up as well) and amazing views among other things, but for some reason we went off trail and ended up going this really steep, branchy way.. a fun adventure for sure!

That night was also my dads last night here in the states, so we decided to have a last dinner now that 4/6 of us were together as well as having an early birthday celebration for my sister. I have to thank my family for all the help I got with the big move. My family is truly squad goals, love you guys.
