This very sweet Apple cake can be made in less then 3 minutes... you do not believe me? Then try it yourself!


1 dl flour

0.5 teaspoon baking soda

0.75 dl rolled oates

I0.25 dl brown sugar

0.5dl + 1 teaspoon sugar.

1/2 Apple

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

2 tablespoon milk



1. Peel and cut 1/2 apple into small pieces.

2. Put apple pieces in a bowl and mix with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar.

3. Mix flour, baking soda, oates, brown sugar, sugar and cinnom in a cup.

4. Add egg and milk.

5. Add 2/3 apple pices and mix well until well distributed. Place the other 1/3 apple pieces on the top.

6. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

7. Pour syrup on top.

Cupcake & Muffins


150 g butter

150g sugar

50g brown sugar

1 egg

250g flour


250g almond paste

2 large apples

50g brown sugar

2 eggs



1. In a large bowl beat butter 1 min on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

2. Add sugar and egg.

3. Add flour.

4. Roll out the dough on the baking table, and cut out big round circles.

5. Press the circles into a muffin pan.


6. Peal apples and cut into small small pieces.

7. Beat almond paste and egg until fluffy.

8. Add the apple pieces to the mixture.

9. Add the filling into the crust

10. Optional: make a grid pattern.

Bake in the oven at 175° , for 20 min.

When it comes to apple cakes my mind goes back to my childhood when my mom used to prepare an amazing apple cake: Appsoft, high and beautiful golden.

Apple cake it truly one of my favorite cakes. It gives you the fresh taste of apples!


1-2 apples

3 table spoon sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

100g butter

1dl sugar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

4 eggs

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon milk

250g wheat flour


1. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar and cinnamon. Let stand for half an hour.

2. In another bowl, cream butter ans sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vegetable oil and milk.

3. Slowly add wheat for little by little.

4. Transfer into a loaf pan. Push apple slices into batter, placing them closely together.

5. Bake at 175°C for 35 minutes.

Now that your bananas are ready and raring to go, grab your favorite berries.... Banana bread is the best start in the morning. Best of all, there is an optional sugar topping so we can now offically ditch the coffee shop sweets in favour of this DIY alternative.


400g wheat flour

2,5 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

a pinch of salt

3 very riped bananas

50g melted butter

0,5 dl milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 eggs

1-2 dried fruits and berries

Optional: sanding sugar for topping


1. In a bowl combine together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2. In a seperate bowl stir together mashed bananas, milk, butter, eggs and vegetable oil.

3.Combine to one batter.

4. Distribute the batter evenly in a loafpPut the batter in a loaf pan.

5. Optioinal: sprinkle the top of the batter with a generous amount of sanding sugar.

Bake the bread in the oven for 50-55 minutes in 175°C.



Tips & Tricks

Cooking a banana will make it moist sweet and brown. This is perfect for banana bread and other good bakeries, and not too bad if you want the banana right away.


1. Fire up your owen to 150°C.

2. Place the bananas on a lined baking sheet.

3. Bake in the oven for 10-20 min,

Now you are ready to go! Add your bananas to your reciepe, and enjoy!



Cupcake & Muffins
These mini Oreo cheese cakes are not only cute but also delicous!

12 oreo cookies

200g cream cheese

0,5dl sugar

1 egg

1. Place one Oreo in each muffin form. The Oreo will be the crust of the cheesecake.

2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg.

3. Divide the mixter evenly into the muffin form over the oreo.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 175°C.

Let the cheesecake cool down in the fridge for 48hours to get the best flavour.




This layer cake is great fun- bright green and full of custard, jam, marzipan, and a mound of whipped cream

​You can easily make your own marzipan roses from modelling marzipan. If you can't find coloured marzipan, you can colour it with icing colour :)



4 eggs

2dl sugar

1dl wheat flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1dl potato starch


3dl Marsan (custard sauce)

4dl whipping cream

1dl strawberry jam

.Cover with marzipan, and decorate with marzipan roses and icing sugar.


1. Whip egg and sugar until fluffy.

2. Add flour, baking powder and potato starch. Mix well.

3. Pour the batter in a cake form, with a diameter of 24 cm.

3. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 175°C.

4. Split the cake carefully into 2 pieces.

5. Wipping cream combined with leftover Marsan.

This is a very easy, fuss-free, one-bowl, no-mixer bakery that I know everyone will love.


150g butter

1 egg

2dl brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 dl wheat flour

a pinch of salr

Chocolate chips


1. Melt butter to golden-brown. Pour the melted butter in a bowl and stir for 1 minute.

2. Add egg, brown sugar, vanilla until smooth.

3. Add flour and salt until combined.

5. Add the chcolate chips and stir until well destributed.

6. Turn the butter into a 39 x 28 cm baking pan with aluminium foil.

Bake for 20 minutes at 175 °C



The most popular type of cheese cake has to be, hands down, the Oreo Cheesecake.

Twist it, Like it, Dunk it''. This slogan is repeating in my head like a melody everytime I hear the word Oreo. The Oreo cookie is one of the classic cookies from just about everyone's childhood. Eating an Oreo always makes me feel lika a littel kid again.

Is there anyone in this world that doesn't know what an Oreo is?

All of that ymmy chocolate mixed with their cream middle and cheese cake filling makes for one crazy good dessert. You are guaranteed to have a cookie in every single bite!

This shoudl be called the ulitmate Oreo Cheese cake not only because of the Oreo cookies in the crust.... there is also two layers of cheese cake filling!

I love sinking my teeth into a big chunk of Oreo every time I take a bite. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

This cake might look very advanced in the first sight, but this non-baked Oreo cheesecake is very simple, I promise!!


Oreo crust

100g butter

2 packages oreo (cookies and filling)


200g cream cheese

2dl icing sugar

1dl wipping cream

Chocolate cream

200g cream cheese

1dl icing sugar

2dl wipping cream

100g dark chocolate (52%)

dark chocolate chopped



dark chocolate chopped

White chocolate chopped


1. Seperate the filling from the Oreo crackers. Cramble the cookies and mix with melted butter.

2.Melt the filling and add it also to the crust.

3. Press out in a mold (about 24 cm in diameter). Place in the fridge.

4. Mix cream cheese with icing sugar.

5. Whip the cream and combine it to the cream cheese mixture.

6. Spread it out on top of the oreo crust and place it in the fridge again.

7. Repeat steps 4-5.

8. Melt dark chocolate and mix it slowly to the philadelphia cream.

9.Chop dark chocolate and mix until well distributed. Spread over the white-cream layer and let it cool in the fridge.

10. Decorate with oreo, dark- and white chocolate.
