I woke up this morning feeling great! The weather was nice and hot; pretty typical for California. I took my doggo out for a walk/jog. Aside from him slowing down since he's so out of shape (as am I), I think he really enjoyed it. After we had our time together I was craving a smoothie. Although I didn't have much in my fridge, I had to make do with what I already had which were these three ingredients listed in the photograph.
Since I didn't have my source of fresh vegetables, I opted for Global Greens by MRM. This is a powder that you can incorporate into your water, juice, or smoothies. 2 cups of coconut water

It turned out really good! Now of course you can change it up however you'd like but again, I didn't have much in my fridge so this is what I had to work with!
