My first ever blog post :)

I started the morning with breakfast and a walk on the beach with the boyfriend and our dog. It's so nice to live down the road from a beautiful beach!
Been at work all day, but it's almost home time, and then time for a small gym session and dinner.

Made this as a snack this afternoon, yogurt with raspberries, banana, blueberries, coconut and some walnuts :) super yummy and healthy!
