So I have always known that ones happiness needs to come first no matter what - that in itself is something we should never forget. But sometimes with work, school, kids, just life in general we get caught up and mixed up and thrown out of routine. (not that routine means waking up, having coffee, taking a shower...doing the same thing everyday) routine could mean one thing, for example, I love to throw a workout into my day EVERYDAY and for me that insures I feel good and stay healthy.
I work in an environment where my day to day schedule is different most days, the places I go to are often different and on some days I hardly have time to eat breakfast so I've become lazy with my workouts and inevitably become unfit! 😖 SO I decided to stop going on Pinterest and looking for motivation and just doing it! Thanks Nike 😉
I can confidently stay that I feel 100% better after exercising and eating healthy in my days no matter how busy or tired I am, I try my hardest to throw that workout in somewhere.
Here are my tips:
x Stop making excuses & looking for motivation - if you want something you gotta go get it YOURSELF
x Nothing worth having ever comes easy so suck it up, wake up early and GO FOR IT GIRL
x Waking up early seems like theee hardest thing ever...but once you're awake and out in the fresh air it seems like the best decision you've ever made
x Get on that band wagon, because once the balls rolling you already there
x Ive also read it takes 21 days to break a habit so - try that out too, it works for me, even if I don't cut something bad out completely but rather cut down for 21 days in one month and the following month try cut it out completely 😜
x ALSO believe in yourself, you don't have to prove anything to anyone. YOU are all you have, so look after yourself
x And most importantly do it for you, because you want to feel confident and happy 😘
