hey all!!

I am not the type that is into make up and all that. So, all of my make up is cheap and crap haha! And, I decided that maybe I should get some that is a bit nicer ;) I went to Sephora and had them cry like Naked, Too faced, Anastasia, etc. but I didn't really like any of them. So, the lady tried her favorite brand on me, Mally. And I absolutely love it!! It makes my face so soft and feels/looks so natural!! Highly recommend it over anything!!

Hey!

So, after a lot of looking up and talking and thinking I have come up with a plan (for the most part hahaha). I will apply to some universities in Sweden and also Norway. I will study business and in the free time, learn this "rehabilitation technique" called Redcord. I will learn, observe, research, etc. on this and just be more involved in the body (while I take business school). Once I graduate, I want to slowly start to get my name out there and just go through the world and learn from other experts of this "business." As well as, going to different types of seminars or classes on different techniques to fix pain/functions of the body. Then, after I feel like I have made myself ready, I want to create my own business and help/teach patients. Eventually, I would like to be able to teach all around the world, find more research on the body and all that, and lastly, I would love to help underprivileged countries. (I want to be that small but special/great business that people want to go to, if you know what I mean haha! I do not want to be a typical gym or rehab center; where they just train. I want to be involved and find research on things that most people wouldn't even think about).

I think this is a great plan for me, I get to do what I love (helping people, physically), traveling, and getting an education in business. And worse case-scenario I have a degree in business...

I am quite happy with what I have decided and think it is the right thing for me. I absolutely love health and exercise, so this is a way to do so but not being constrained by the typical textbook.

Hey!!

Omg, talk about stress. Now, it's my junior year and I need to start to figure out what I want to study in college/university. I know what type of area I wanna study (health, exercise, etc.) but I am not sure what specifically. I have a couple ideas:
1. Go to school in the US, major in exercise science/get general training certification/go to grad school and become a physical therapist/gym trainer.
2. Go to school in the US/major in exercise science/get general training certification/go to Sweden for masters degree/and become a physical therapist/gym trainer.
3. Go to Sweden study business/ general training certification/ start own business in Redcord/gym training
4. Wait one year and get general training certification/learn Redcord and then go to Sweden (or US) for business/ start my own business.

Ideally, 3 and 4 are my favorite choices because it's less school and my type of future career doesn't necessarily need school, but more experience of the body and I can easily be taught that by professionals. I also think in the body/health sense, it is the best to learn hands-on and not textbook. I think with learning from a textbook you get too caught up on procedure and not actually making connections and listening to the patient. (I want to add that I don't want to be just a basic gym trainer or physical therapist. I want to do research and learn the body and find techniques that work to help someone feel good and healthy. I have someone here that is exactly that and I am going to talk to her tomorrow for some advice:))

I also want to go abroad and do something new rather then stay here. I am doing a lot of research and talking to others about their advice so I can make a decisions but it is very hard haha.

Hey all!

So, I actually cut my hair!! I took about 8in/20.5cm off and I'm so happy with it!! I haven't had "short" hair in such a long time, so it will be fun to have! Well, lets see how long I will like it though haha :p

As for the weekend, it was pretty relaxed. I just spent some time resting at home and then just chilling with my friends. Although, Saturday we went make up shopping and I highly recommend the Mally brand!! Everyone talks about how great Anastasia, Too Faced, etc. but I prefer Mally!!

Hey hey!!

After our night out, we came home to my house, got some goodies, and watched a horror film. We ended up watching The Witch, which I would not recommend... (We wanted to be scared and it was just weird, slow, and confusing). We also watched some of the U.S. Figure Skating Nationals and some Suite Life of Zack and Cody haha:)) Spent the night talking and just being girls, so bloody cozy!

This morning, we slept in and then we made some breaky. Currently, we are just on the couch being lazy hahha, and of course, avoiding school work!

Hey!

Today I went back to school..as dreadful as it was, it was kinda nice to get into a new schedule. Now that it is the new year, and I am back to normal, I have set up some goals for each day/week. Today I wanted to make a new workout program (maybe I will post my training program), find some nice healthy foods, get a little organized in school and life (want to make this year a little less stressful and a bit more fun), and then I looked up some ACT dates.

As for the rest of the week, I want to complete some things I have to turn in for school (besides homework), keep my room clean, drink more water, fill out some work papers, and just make it great and positive, a little less stressful.

Don't have any recent or fitting photos, so here's a selfie ;))

Just a recap of my 2016:

-Stopped my figure skating training in February... What a shame but it was the best choice with my back :/ Miss it tons though

-Reenrolled in a real high school, which I really enjoy. Nice to be surrounded by some new friends and learn more

-Flew to Sweden for nearly a month to visit the best people on Earth!! Cannot explain how much I miss them and how great they are. It's just 1.5 years till the next time I see them (have to keep an open-mind on the length until next time)

-That's pretty much the big events, came home from Sweden and went on a family holiday, went to a crazy huge festival in the city. Started school and it's just been studying hahaha. Sure, enjoyed the weekends with some friends but my life is pretty much studying.

-The Chicago Cubs won the World Series and some friends and I went into the city and celebrated at the parade

But nah, I don't think you can really "change." You may try to change your ways of things but I think deep down there's still that urge or thought that isn't always the best...

So here are some of my goals this year:

-Get a new training schedule and stick with it

-Eat better foods

-Start college apps./get into college (abroad too:))

-Finish this school year strong (good grades and a good ACT score)

-Make some money with my new jobs (Oh yeah, I got some new jobs helping kids with sports at the PD and coaching skating. So I am really excited to start these and make some money haha!)

-Start a separate savings for my Europe trip

-Appreciate the things around me, mainly family and friends, be more social. Less on social media and just enjoy this wonderful life. Maybe read more? Who knows...

-Just be the best me and have a good year

kisses <33
