Just arrived in Paris! Had a quick dinner at Copenhagen airport before flying out- flight was short and really nice. Now we are getting ready for bed so that we are properly rested for tomorrow! We are staying in a Hotel really close to the Eiffel Tower, same place we stayed last year. So excited for tomorrow! We will start of with breakfast at this really cozy bistro right around the corner by our hotel and then do some sightseeing and shopping! Sleep tight guys xx.

Copenhagen, Food and Coffee

This morning all of Copenhagen was covered in a layer of fog and I was doing a shoot with the lovely ladies from Copenhagen Stories. Afterwards I went for brunch to Far's Dreng with Anne. I can totally recommend it for brunch! It has such a nice atmosphere! And it is right by Serenity Cupcakes, where I went afterwards to buy some treats for Tad who is sick! Tonight we are having a little get together with Bee, her boyfriend and Simone- we wanted to cook something cool, but we are all lazy AF and decided to just order Chinese or pizza haha. Tomorrow is my last day in Copenhagen- will go to Street Food to take pictures of Pizza and then I will go home and pack! Paris- here I come!

What a day! Started off at Frederiksberg Gardens for a Vichy event. We had a presentation about all the new products they are releasing as well as info about how to best protect ourselves form the sun! The location was stunning- in a glass house with a lot of plants and so much sun! Today was actually the first sunny day in Copenhagen since I can remember! Afterwards I went home for a bit to clean up and get ready to go back into the city- I ended up forgetting my keys at my place so I had to stay out until now haha. Frederikke Sandra and I went to Ravage for a super tasty lunch! I had a croque monsieur to get into the Parisian mood! Unfortunately Tad is a little sick- so I really hope he feels better before we travel on Monday! After lunch Sandra and I went to Photografica to check out some new flashes for the camera and we also met up with Bee. Bee and I had dinner at RossoPomodorro and the funniest thing happened- we initially went to only get drinks but then we decided we wanted to split a pizza so we ordered a Margherita and in stead we got a Margarita cocktail hahaha. Hilarious- we also figured out how to face swap on Snapchat so the entertainment for the evening was quite clear!

So I finally did something interesting this week! I haven't been feeling very good the past few days, something wrong with my stomach. So I have been only at school or work, not doing anything fun- but last night Bee and I were taking pictures at the RossoPomodoro at Illum. Terese and Christina from ImpressionPR organised an event for blogger girls, where they got a course of making pizza dough! It was so nice- and messy haha! Afterwards we had some really yummy pizza and brushettas. For desert they made us donut fried pizza- very interesting! Now I am just thinkint about Paris and I am so excited to finally travel again! I feel like I need to plan another nice trip.

I am extremely excited to have my friends back after exchange semester! I was one of the few people who decided to stay in Copenhagen and do an internship, rather than travel, which I do not regret, but I really really missed my friends who were spread across the whole world! I had dinner with Anne, Ida and Rie the other night, it was so nice catching up and eating some really good food at Anne's. We had couscous salad with homemade hummus and halloumi cheese. It was delish! Ida also made us some white sangria- which was put together in a huge bowl haha #classy. White sangria is just a bunch of white wine, some sprite to make it sweet, cup up mango and green apples with grapes. I actually made something really simillar for dinner tonight. What you need for this food is: cous-cous, carrots, beetroot, red onion, halloumi cheese, avocado and tomatoes. I baked the carrots, beetroot and onion in the oven, while making the couscous. Tad actually taught me how to make it, so I first heat up a pot with a bit of oil on the bottom and then fry the couscous, before I put vegetable stock in it. Then I mixed the couscous and baked vegetables together and topped it with tomatoes and avocado. I made hummus from chick peas, with garlic, tahini sauce and salt. Super easy, super quick, super yummy!
