This the perfect recipe when you want something fast, light and tasty. You can add some green vegetables or some couscous.

1 medium onion sliced

4 springs thyme

4 garlic cloves unpeeled

4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Put the sliced cauliflower on to a baking sheet, add the onion, garlic, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper mix everything together. Cook for 30-40 minutes until soft. Then add the parmesan and cook for 10-15min until the cheese has melted.

And I'm back in the game.

Since summer is around the corner all the t-shirts, dresses, skirts shorts and everything else that exposes your body to the lovely sun rays and in your hands reach. Here's some few ideas of how to style summery things to look put together and to survive the heat waves. Layering light colored pieces will not only help you avoid being melted in the sun but also will let you look dashing in pastels.

Going with the classic black and white combo will never fail you. Also adding some gold detailing or accessories will make you look classy without too much effort. It is important to not underestimate the power of a strong accessory that can make even the dullest look shine.

Manhattan Endless Perfection Make Up 24h - Hydra Serum.

This is a completely new find for me. After we went on a plane to go to Spain I managed to loose the foundation I normally use on a daily basis. It was a shame because the one I used before was quite pricy, so after we landed I went of in a search of a new one. This was my second try at finding something in my skin tone. And what can I say, I love it. It's like, doesn't feel muddy on the skin. It lasts extremely long time. The one I used before was okey, but it would last me about 5hours without a touch up. This one I have never touched it up so far. It lasts me the entire day. It is more suitable for someone with dry-combination skin, because it gives that extra hydrating feeling that the skin needs. I might need a little bit more touching up if you have combination-oily skin.

Manhattan Wake Up Concealer

This is something that i have used for quite sometime. Went out to find a substitute and came back to this product. It is cheap, light, and long lasting. I use in under my eyes and it instantly makes me look more bright, awake and ready to start the day. It gives you the right amount of light under the eyes.

Artemis Special Color Correcting creme.

This was my go to product for at least two years. Even though it is a pricy product it lasts for a really long time. This one is also for more dry-combination skin, and this product gives you only a light to medium coverage, the Manhattan one on the other hand gives you medium to full coverage and is more buildable and still looks natural. I would recommend this for those with better skin that just wants an even tone and very light coverage.

Beyu Matte Metallic Lipstick

This was a new find that I absolutely am obsessed with. It is a brown metallic lipstick that look amazing on the lips. Very soft consistency, ultra matte and gives you that amazing metallic shine. The only bad thing with this that it is not very long lasting and it is not very buildable. It doesn't move for a 3-4 hours of wear give or take depending if you are out for drinks, a meal and what not. And after it starts to rub off a little, it is best to wipe it completely and apply again because if you try and put over your lips without cleaning it will not look as good. So that is the only problem I have with this lipstick. If you are interested in seeing it in real life watch my videos. I wear it a lot.

It's finally vacation time. That is the reason why I haven't made any videos or blog posts recently purely because I am trying to relax and get some chillz so that I would have the energy to get back in to work. Even though we are traveling, walking and hiking all over the place in Barcelona, Spain and just huff and puff every single time because I am soooooooo out of shape I still love the every single moment. For those of you who have been following me on youtube and my other social media you probably know that the main reason why we decided to go to Barcelona was because my love gave me tickets to see BMTH live on their That's the Spirit tour. And it was awesome as F**K. Even though I felt pretty old waiting in the line to see their show, cause there were so many teenagers, I still enjoyed the show so much and screamed my lungs out. Anyway, here's a quick update so that you wouldn't forget about me, and I just wanted to do a follow up of what is happening in my life.

Oh gorgeous Barcelona, how I love you so. Every single time I come here I find things that surprise me and leave me speechless.

I have been in this church so many times but this felt like it was my first. For those of you who do not know this is Sagrada Familia church in Barcelona. Spain. And every single time (I was in this church 3 times already) it amazed me. This time I even felt like crying. I wondered for a long time why this time was different, and I think I finally know why. For the first time in my life I was in the right place. Not only I have the job that I absolutely love, I am stable in life, I am with the person I love the most and I am looking at the perfectly created symmetry and sacred geometrical balance. I do tattoos for a living and I often do symmetrical geometric designs and this is what intrigues and astounds me the most. So to see this perfect, incredible symmetry with my own two eyes was breathtaking.

Also this little mushroom is the best part of the vacation.
